It's already that time of the month already, another two weeks has passed and at the time of making this post there is 1 day and 44 minutes left in this season but because it will end on a Monday before I'm home from work, plus the fact I just drained all of my battle energy, nothing will change on my manual account anymore.
I feel like making posts like this is a good way to reflect on what's happened this last season and to easily compare it with the previous season, so - let's get going!
This season, I had a little more time to play and the maintenance window ended sooner so I could still play some battles on Tuesday so no energy was wasted, this resulted in more played matches than last season: 390 this season vs. 358 last season, however, my win rate was a bit lower with 47.9% vs. 48.6% last season - a lot of Tofu teams and higher level decks have been kicking my ass, it is what it is and I don't mind, I was still able to earn some nice rewards!
I just crossed the 200k glint in total for this season,vs. 190k last season so that's pretty consistent, from now on I will start saving my glint for the new reward set that will launch somewhere in Q3 this year and this way I can have a head start with higher level reward cards than other players who didn't save up some glint.
Let's say the new reward set will be launched in October, that's three more months with 6 more seasons - if I can make the 200k glint every season I will have 1.4 million glint ready to spend so that's pretty nice although it feels really boring for now, just to play my battles, earn the sps and glint but not do anything with it - being able to get some new cards at the end of season is really exciting but since I'm close to a complete Silver level set there's no point anyway. 😅
Looking at my SPS bag for this account, I went from 32,631 last season, to 33,957 this season so I earned 1326 SPS on this account with ranked play and brawls, at current SPS price of $0.0075 that's $9.94
Just a side note but we in Europe use the dot (.) and comma (,) the other way around, it's really confusing! 😅
Looking at my bot accounts:
What is surprising to me is that I played more battles manually than the bot did on my Diamond level account and it played less than last season too, 379 last season vs. 358 this time with a slightly lower win rate: 50.7% last season vs. 49.2% this season.
XBot earned a lot less glint, 270k last season vs. only 230k this season but that's on me, I haven't been checking in very regularly so the SPS rentals were not enough sometimes.
My total SPS bag for this account went from 107,148 to 109,726. A 2578 increase but I bought 1446 SPS this season with my cans and bottles deposit money project, meaning this account earned 1132 SPS with ranked play and brawls as well as some brawl SPS earnings from two alt accounts, worth $9.99 at current price.
Looking at my alt, piloted by Archmage it played an even lower amount of total battles (but surprisingly the energy is at 0 at the moment) with about the same current win rate as XBot on my other account, 49.0% vs. 45.8% last season.
This account is getting better reward cards every season so its strength is getting slightly higher, but this increase can have many reasons or combinations of reasons.
Glint total is down from 106k to 96k with the same reason, I didn't rent as much SPS... I'll try to pay better attention to this next season.
The total SPS mini bag went from 444 to 651, an increase of 205 SPS worth $1.51
My plans for next season are pay more attention to the renting of additional SPS, it would be great if I could just get a delegating from someone I could just pay OTC so I wouldn't have to pay close attention to this, XBot has a auto rent service but the rent price is a lot higher than 0.001 DEC / SPS.
Other than that it's just grinding on, and hopefully find some active players to fill the missing frays in both of our guilds.
