Chaos Legion introduced new Summoners into the game and one of them is Keyla, He is a mixture of Life's Tyrus and Fire's Pyre with him having both of their abilities of +1 Speed and Armor with only being a Mana more expensive which is quite surprising as these abilities are quite a top tier in generally team building.
As having more speed is beneficial in hitting first making you beat the opponent before their units even attack and armor being a different health pool entirely makes large attacking units deal significantly less damage the first go around.
Good cards to build with

 | Great Frontline Tank against magic and with more speed given has a larger chance of dodging more attacks |
 | A great damage dealer, better than Life's Silvershield Assasin early one with an additional point in range. |
 | Good backline tank with its healing ability, and with 1 armor it can take more hits than need be. |
 | If you are making melee team comps extra team-wide damage is always nice. Makes it even better when each unit has additional armor and speed. |
Counters to It

 | A response against your armor buff Qid Yuff and Earth's Wizard of Eastwood can just easily cancel out that buff but you can still win depending on the teams |
 | This summoner and all magic team comps from other splinters can easily go past your armor unless you foresee that yourself and run some void units in the front. |
 | Reverse Speed can eliminate your advantage and even becomes a big detriment for your team, it would be better to use a different summoner entirely. |
 | Not as bad as Reverse Speed but it is still recommended to use a cheaper summoner if you have one as in the end you are spending additional mana just for Pyre. |
Final Thoughts
A great summoner to use in general where you don't need any specific team compositions in mind when compared to the other Summoners released in Chaos Legion i.e Obsidian with Magic, Tarsa with Melee, Sloan with Range, etc.
There are only a few counters that I can think of that can really ruin your day but in the end, this card can just generally win games that you may think would be unwinnable with just Pyre or Tyrus by themselves.
