Time flies! Just completed the 44th brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!
- Fun In The Discord Chats
Really appreciated the interaction in the Discord chats within the Pizza guilds. During the preparation phase, there's a lot of information sharing and discussion on who to fill each fray. During the brawls, there were reminders to members to complete their brawl battles. And after the brawls, there were celebratory messages and some members (including me) would write about our experience in the brawls. Aside from brawls, I thought the donations were also very well organised and tabulated, with lucky draws to incentivise donors as well.
- Staying In Bronze Fray
For this brawl, I decided to stick to what I fought in the last fray, which was Fray 6, which was 3/2/2/1. I felt I was starting to find my grove and this fray is neither too difficult nor too easy for me.
Had 4 battles this time and it was not an easy round. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days. Miraculously, I did great this round and I was so proud of my teams!
- We Got 1st!!!
So for the final result, we got 1st out of 10 guilds and got 646 Merits and around 16 SPS! Yay, we are back to 1st! Let's keep this up!
Individually, I had 4 fights this time and...
FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER 44 BRAWLS WITH PIZZA 2, I WON 100% OF MY FIGHTS!!!
I have been dreaming of this day with every brawl, but as you all know, my card collection is average and I don't rent much (personal choice of course). I don't use any of the Legendary summoners these days and almost all my summoners are Level 1 (as you can see in the battles below) and yet I play in a Bronze fray. I never thought I could achieve this, but when I won 4 out of 5 fights two brawls ago and then followed by 6 out of 7 in the last brawl, I started to realise this "dream" might become reality if I continue to persevere and continue to do what I am doing - practise, practise, and have confidence in my cards regardless which rarity they were.

Battle 1 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: None
A Thorns battle and I decided to go with a Magic/Anti-Magic lineup. My strategy turned out spot-on as a Bortus/Djinn Oshannus combination shut out the entire opponent's lineup, with all their magic attacks reduced to 0 on Djinn Oshannus. Comfortable win thanks to the Legendary Djinn Oshannus!

Battle 2 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Isgald Vorst
I thought I didn't have any chance in this one. My opponent had a Legendary summoner and 4 Legendary cards in the lineup. However, I just needed Brighton Bloom to keep all my cards safe from Earthquake and it was enough to survive and power through even the Flying dragons. Big and surprise win for this!

Battle 3 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Trapp Falloway
Low mana fights and Equal Opportunity ruleset could only meant one thing - Death lineup with Trapp Falloway. The triple Weaken strategy worked perfectly and Trapp Falloway picked off the cards one by one. After a few Bloodlust, the opposing team couldn't handle the little monster anymore. People talk about how good Quora Towershead is, but sometimes I feel that Trapp Falloway as a Epic card is also an immensely strong card at the right rulesets and I am glad I found him.

Battle 4 - WIN
Opponent fled! Free win! (My new Legendary card almost had its debut but I guess there's always another chance hehe)
So that sums up my 4 battles for this brawl! 100% win rate! Really happy with this performance!
