Today I share a new Splinterlands fan art. I had not seen this character since I am not active in the game, I started to look at the new cards and this one caught my attention, I think it is a bit scary haha.

Hoy les comparto un nuevo fan art de Splinterlands. Este personaje no lo había visto ya que no estoy activo en el juego, me puse a ver las cartas nuevas y este me llamo la atención, creo que es un poco tenebroso jaja.
I tell you a little about the process, which was a bit long, although I quite liked the result. I started with the helmet, it was a challenge since I'm not modeling that often. Well I started this piece from a subdivided cube to which I applied the same modifier again to work on it like this, I didn't make it exactly faithful to the original because I wanted to give it a personal touch.
Les hablo un poco del proceso, el cual fue un poco largo, aunque me gusto bastante el resultado. Empecé por el casco, fue un reto ya que no estoy modelando tan seguido. Bueno esta pieza la empece a partir de un cubo subdivido al cual le volví aplicar el mismo modificador para trabajar sobre él así, no lo hice exactamente fiel al original porque quería darle un toque personal.
The next thing was to make the torso part, here it was a little more difficult for me, since in the original drawing this part is not seen in detail either, even after putting materials on the armor I modified this part again, because it looked strange from the way I had initially left it 😜
Lo siguiente fue hacer la parte del torso, acá se me dificulto un poco mas, ya que en el dibujo original tampoco se ve en detalle esta parte, incluso luego de ponerle materiales a la armadura volví a modificar esta parte, porque se veía extraño de la forma en que la había dejado inicialmente 😜
The last part of the armor was a little easier for me, perhaps because I had been working with this for a while and the drawing is very clear for reference, then I made the eye, nothing special with that, and applied some textures. Oh and I almost forgot the axe, I did this pretty quickly.
Ya la ultima parte de la armadura si se me facilitó un poco mas, quizás porque ya tenia rato trabajando con esto y en el dibujo esta bien claro para tener referencia, luego hice el ojo, nada especial con eso, y aplique algunas texturas. Ah y casi olvido el hacha, esto si lo hice bastante rápido.
Oh I also forgot to mention the management of light and atmosphere hehe. Well here at the end I leave you a couple of renders and the original art ✌️😁
