Software I Used : ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CS6
Steps : Below You can see the step-wise images of my working
Start with circle as face shape and body part using Pen Tool
create arms, legs using Pencil Tool
Set his hand position and give STICK on his hands
Create eyes, ears for him
Create nose etc
Coloured my Monster
