Hello Hivers and Splinterlands gamers! Don't you just love the weekly SHARE YOUR BATTLE Challenge?

THANK YOU to all who make the time and effort to participate in this challenge, and share your "secrets" and winning strategies! I appreciate you all. I learn so much from your battles.

The Featured Monster

This week's @spinterlands' Share Your Battle Challenge theme: SCREAMING BANSHEE is an Epic Magic Monster from the Death Splinter.

My SCREAMING BANSHEE

• is at level 3
• with the Blast ability
• has a speed of 2, a magic attack of 2, and a health of 2.


The Ruleset

• Battle Mana Cap: 40
• Fog of War: Monsters loose their snipe and sneak abilities.


The Strategy

WINNING STRATEGY: Not the strength of the individual monster but the synergy created by the TEAM of MONSTERS was key to winning this battle.

BATTLE STRATEGY:

• Utilize monsters that can attack for the back line positions. In this ruleset, only Opportune attack monsters , Blast monsters, Return Fire monsters, Reach monster will have this ability.
• Use Flyers, as they would have the increase ability to avoid Melee or Range attacks.


The Lineup

Summoner: Daria Dargonscale adds +1 Melee Attack

1. Undead Rexx - 5 Melee, Speed of 3 and Health of 11.

2. Manticore -2 Melee, Speed of 3, and Health of 7 . Has the Reach ability and may attack from the second position. I positioned it second on the team. This monster is a Flyer.

3. Phantasm -3 Melee, Speed of 5, and Health of 7. Has the Return Fire abitily and will return damage back to attacker. This monster is a Flyer.

4. Dragon Jumper - 3 Melee, Speed of 5, and Health of 6. Has the Opportune ability and targets the enemy with the lowest health. This monster is a Flyer.

5. Theme Monster: SCREAMING BANSHEE - 2 Magic, Speed of 2, and Health of 2. Has a Blast ability. This monster will inflict damage to a monster and the monster adjacent to it.

6. Fire Spitter -3 Range, Speed of 4, and Health of 5. Another Flyer



The Battle Result

I won this battle in four rounds. The enemy team was obliterated with four of my Monsters still standing with
SCREAMING BANSHEE !💪




My strategy worked perfectly.

I chose the Summoner Daria Dragonscale that adds +1 Melee Attack since I am using mostly Melee Monsters. My strategy is very straight forward. I place the strongest monster as the tank (Undead Rexx) followed by 3 Melee Monsters, starting with Manticore with Reach ability, then Phantasm with the Return Fire ability, then the Dragon Jumper with the Opportune ability. Next, is our theme monster the Magic monster SREAMING BANSHEE that has the Blast ability, and finally, the Fire Spitter which is a Range monster. And... I just watch as one by one the enemy monsters were defeated.

You will note that the enemy monster team was a GOLD TEAM and, all but one. are LEVEL 5.

Once again, the WINNING STRATEGY: Not the strength of the individual monster but the synergy created by the TEAM of MONSTERS... was key to winning this battle.
