Welcome to my weekly update on my doings of being a splinterlandlord, which refers to owning two land plots and buildings on them.
That means: IT IS HARVESTING TIME!
As I built up a little GRAIN reserve last week I was able to claim all my resources this week and sell both grain and iron on the market.
My harvest came in at 2,6k grain and 75 units of iron.
The DEC value of both combined: 41 DEC! Quite nice for an almost completely passive landlord income! The price for the resources is also still stable, which is kind of amazing as there is still little utility for them. Meaning as there will be more utility later the price will just rise! Great to have that in mind : )
