Last night was a Fire quest and I'd be lying if I said it didn't make me work for this one. I was getting hard countered left and right no matter what splinter I played or what meta I was using.
Imagine my relief when a little over 2 hours later, the quest was finally complete. I stared at the "Claim Rewards" for a minute and had another one of my little pep talks with the game; it never hurts to remind the game how hard you've been working.
I was pleasantly surprised when I opened them. It's always nice when a card starts to glow and turns gold, but the realy prize here is the Venari Wavesmith. I finally got one! Granted, I really haven't been waiting long, but I've been really wanting this one.
All in all, not a bad haul, but still nothing to freak out about. There's still time though. Who knows? Maybe tonight will be the night??
