Hello everyone, for this Splinterlands Social Media Challenge I come to share one of the strategies with Oridum Graybrow together with Archon Sheng Xiao.
This is a practice battle to show you the combo that can be done with this Summoner/Archon Sheng Xiao along with Oridum Graybrow. It's a battle with Modern cards: Rebellion, Conclave Arcana, and Foundations.

Sheng Xiao Archon from Arcane Conclave that grants two units the abilities of Poison Burst and Corrosive Ward
Poison Burst - When defeated, it has a 100% chance to apply Poison to the attacker and a 50% chance to apply Poison to adjacent units. Poisoned units lose 2 health at the start of each round.
Corrosive Ward - -2 to the attacker's armor and maximum armor when hit by a melee attack.

Oridum Graybrow is a card from the Conclave Arcana set and is a Fire element card.
This card has very good abilities:
Thorns - Returns 2 physical damage to attacker when hit by a melee attack.
Resurgence - Self-resurrects once per battle with 100% health and armor. All magic debuffs are removed, and all magic buffs are reapplied. Skips turn. Deals 1 physical damage to all units.
Piercing - Damage in excess of the target's armor is applied to health.
Magic Reflect - Returns 50% of damage to attacker (rounded up) when hit by a magic attack.
Spite - When defeated, 100% chance to counterattack.
They grant us 28 mana, and the combat rules are:
- Up Close & Personal: Only cards with melee attacks can be used.
- Stampede: The Trample ability can be activated multiple times.
- Super Sneak: All cards with melee attacks have Sneak.

Having only three elements to use will make it easier to find cards for this battle.
First, I'll find the Archon. In this case, I'll go with Sheng Xiao to set up Poison Burst and Corrosive Ward. I'll put those two abilities on Blazebeard Merc and Oridum Graybrow.
Since it can only be used in melee and they will also have Sneak, I look for a card with Thorns or Shield in the last position. In this case it will be: Oridum Graybrow since it has Thorns in addition to being able to revive again, it will be a very annoying card for the opponent. In addition, the Poison Burst will put Poison twice on the units that defeat it.
Blazebeard Merc goes in the first position so that he can resist a little due to his armor, but I also want him to be defeated so that he can activate the Poison Burst.
Halfling Refugee is in second place because of its high attack and life, in addition to costing 1 mana.
Taye Loreswift in the 3rd position having Inspire which will increase the melee attack of all my units.
Ferrous Brewer in the 4th position, with True Strike, won't miss any attacks and also has Relentless Strike, which will do more damage to cards with Shield.
Torch Vizier in the 5th position, with Deflect, so it won't take damage from Blast or Thorns.
Cavewise Wayfinder attacks first because he has Ambush.
Oridum Graybrow is defeated by Torch Vizier.
Oridum attacks Torch with Spite and also inflicts Poison on Torch Vizier and Halfling Refugee.
The enemy Blazebeard Merc is defeated in the first round.
At the start of the second round, Poison is activated, defeating the enemy Halfling Refugee.
My Blazebeard Merc gets defeated by Cavewise, and he puts Poison on him.
Vicious Giraffe defeats Oridum and Oridum counterattacks, defeating Giraffe.
Both Torch Viziers are defeated and the enemy Ferrous Brewer is defeated.
Round 3:
Only the enemy Cavewise remains, and I still have three cards left in the battle.
The round begins, and the poison damages him.
Taye takes away his life and Ferrous Brewer, having True Strike, cannot miss the attack and ends up defeating Cavewise and giving me the victory.
Final Notes:
Oridum Graybrow is also good against magic damage because its Magic Reflect causes a lot of damage.
Since the 7 mana cost is a bit high, you have to see how to use it in battles that grant little mana, although Cavewise would be better in battles with little mana.
