Greetings everyone, how is everybody doing this week? Been a hectic week this week with 2 project timelines closing this. We are two days away from EOS, hope you've gathered sufficient season chest for a wholesome EOS. Today's post will be on my account growth and also share the latest brawl report for PIZZA 2.

Ok this week a little quieter. Because of my busier schedule this week, a little lower in chest count and hence fewer cards obtained. I also trying to bump up the number of season chest for EOS as I find my current count a little on the low side.
Brawl Report
Time for some brawl action! Let's take a look look at the matches I played this brawl. As usual, I am anchoring Fray 3 for my guild which is the Novice Chaos Legion Fray, so cards will be at lowest form without additional levelled up stats/abilities.

Quora vs backfire, it means I cannot miss, else damage will come back my way.
Outcome: Lost. Oh no, a bad start, poison and backfire was too much for Quora to hold off.

Ok, this is interesting, my opponent actually fielded 2 cards with no attack. One with scavenge to absorb my fallen cards due to poison and another with immunity to out last the match. Let's see if my opponent's strategy works against my full barrage lineup.
Outcome: Lost. Oh my, 2 losses in a row. My opponent's strategy is good. Hope to also own a copy of Evelyn Auvera soon for Life Splinter to have some immunity.

This is almost a mirror match. Almost identical cards being chosen, it will be down to who attack first to determine who wins.
Outcome: Win! Woah! I saw something amazing. Venari Spellsmith reset my opponent's Quora blood lust. This reset was so vital for me to turn the tide and win the match.

Recently I love playing with Martyr ability and I attempted it again in this match, hoping to make Grund a 4 attack double striker.
Outcome: Win! The intended strategy worked and helped me secure the victory.

When I saw my opponent's lineup, to be frank, I was a little worried. Grum was another blood lust card with void armour which will make it painful for my heavy magic lineup. And I also saw Venari Marksrat which will give Martyr to neighbouring cards and make them stronger. But I also trust my favourite Earth Splinter combo lineup. Let's see how things turn out.
Outcome: Win! Whew, I survived. The magic barrage combined with healing and triage helped me to secure the victory but it was a really close match which can go either way.
Guild Final Tally
I am assigned 6 matches this brawl, I won 4 (1 fled) but lost 2. This brawl I had a good lesson learnt especially from this first 2 match which I lost. One was the backfire + poison can be really strong and can prove too painful for Quora to recover. The next is Evelyn Avuera which has immunity and will be a good card for Life Splinter to have to combat noxious fumes ruleset.
We've have moved up to rank 2, a very commendable effort from the team to improve stride to stride. Let's continue to chalk up the wins and move back to the top. Go PIZZA 2!
Thoughts about Splinterlands Journey
This week brawl sent me on a Splinterlands class once again to help me understand more ways to play the cards to specific rule set. There is still so much to discover on the soul bound cards which I have yet to learn fully. I do hope I can quickly complete the collection of the soul bound cards soon so that I can experiment with the various combination. So much to learn and so many possibilites.
