Greetings everyone, how is everybody doing this week? We have just concluded a season with the new rewards card. Has it transformed the gameplay for you and how are you adapting to it? Today I will be sharing on my account growth and also doing a brawl report for PIZZA 2.

Wow, the number of cards added are huge. Suddenly I have a big pool of cards added to my arsenal, though most are common cards, some of them do have good abilities and able to fill up slots previously when I had difficulty to fill due to lacking cards of a certain mana. I do hope my luck will improve and I will have access to reward cards of higher rarity which my buddies have mentioned to me how strong they are.
It is end of season and with it brought about the many cards and a decent amount of SPS. Unfortunately, somehow there is some issue with the blockchain capturing the transaction but from my own screen captures, I have gotten 36 common cards and 3 rare cards, while the remaining was made up with a decent amount of SPS and merit. Hope this transaction error will not happen again next season and I will be able to better share what I've got for EOS.
Brawl Report
Time for some brawl action! Let's take a look look at the matches I played this brawl. As usual, I am anchoring Fray 3 for my guild which is the Novice Chaos Legion Fray, so cards will be at lowest form without additional levelled up stats/abilities.

Water vs water. I deployed double opportunist, while my opponent deployed healing + repair.
Outcome: Win! Overbearing hits is too much for my opponent to heal back.

Almost similar lineup, I call upon Chimney and put in all the things I need to handle Noxious Fumes.
Outcome: Win! Having a gladius fielded always elevates the chances of winning.

Attempting to do a full magic on life splinter.
Outcome: Lost. Earth is still better at this. A lesson learnt for me to pick the right splinter for the right kind of match.

This match, my Quora was sealed and I cannot pick her. Hence I changed strategy and used a heavy melee lineup.
Outcome: Lost. No Quora and with the Disintegrator on their end, it made my strategy render useless. Something to learn and adapt should opponent have the ability to seal my card.

Interesting matchup that I had a difficult time picking the lineup.
Outcome: Win! Whistling Damon doing a great work here taking out my opponent backline.

Reverse speed, so definitely Earth have a good chance and this match I have my trusty Quora again.
Outcome: Win! Main damage done by the other cards while Quora just pick up the scraps. Good win!
Guild Final Tally
I am assigned 6 matches this brawl, I won all 4 of them but lost 2. The 2 matches did gave me good lesson learnt to take away and for future brawl considerations. One thing to learn is to remember that while I rely on Quora for many wins, it can be possible that Quora be sealed by opposing guild.
While we remained in 2nd position. It did show that we are lacking a lot of wins as compared to the first place. One possibility is that we do not have all the frays filled. Hopefully more guild members will participate and help us to win more brawls! Let's continue fighting hard and towards a better result, go PIZZA 2!
Thoughts about Splinterlands Journey
The soul bound reward cards are a nice addition to the card pool and make us think hard how to integrate them to better our lineup.
And to even have summoners that are able to bring Gladius cards into normal matches really do change the way how things are in day to day battles. Fun never ends and I am enjoying every minute of it.
