Así decía el autor de Así habló Zaratustra, "la vida sin música sería un error, una fatiga, un exilio", creo que es una tarea titánica encontrar a alguien que diga lo contrario.
De hecho nuestra vida está llena de música, desde que nacemos e incluso antes de nacer. ¿Qué es sino música esa voz que nos arrulla en las noches de sueño irregular cuando aún contamos nuestra vida en días y semanas?
Luego nos encontramos con un mundo lleno de colores, sonidos y ruidos, que se unen para hacernos vibrar a diferentes frecuencias, para hacernos sentir. Creo firmemente que en esto podemos converger todas las personas.
Por otro lado, están la ciencia y la psicología haciendo diferentes estudios de cómo la música trabaja en nuestro cerebro y sistema nervioso, estimulando ambos hemisferios del cerebro para la generación de sentimientos, estados de ánimo y diferentes respuestas.

Como dije, la música también se encarga de transmitirnos emociones y ¿qué mejor medio de despertar emociones que el cine? En este campo la música juega un papel más que importante, es un papel decisivo; siendo capaz de cambiar por completo el significado de una escena convirtiendola, de suspenso a comedia o de drama a una acción tan acelerada como unas carreras ilegales en plena ciudad.
Si no crees en la gran importancia que tiene la música, imagina algunas películas sin música de fondo; imagina un Titanic sin esa melodía que nos remarcó el romance que se respiraba entre los protagonistas; o imagina a la comunidad del anillo recorriendo la tierra media sin esas épicas canciones que nos hacen evocar majestuosos castillos.
Conclusiones que ahora nos parecen obvias, dicen que por ejemplo, para aumentar el rendimiento en actividades como el estudio o en deportes, la música resulta ser un gran estimulante. Especialmente la música clásica es la recomendada para estudios y relajación, por sus carácteristicas.
Puedes ver ésto en ti mísmo, al escuchar una canción que te anime al levantarte es más probrable que mantengas un buen ánimo parte del día, al contrario puedes empezar un día bastante pesado si dejas de escuchar alguna de tus bandas favoritas o escuchas música que te desagrade.

Importancia de tocar un instrumento musical
Si escuchar música nos puede ser tan beneficioso, el crearla es sin lugar a dudas una actividad que eleva al ser humano.
Del mismo modo como asegurar que escuchar música clásica puede volvernos más inteligentes es una falsedad, decir que tocar un instrumento musical si lo hará, es otra patraña.
Lo que si es cierto son sus beneficios para quienes tocan un instrumento musical, pues además de los mencionados anteriormente, los músicos al tener mayor sensibilidad a sonidos y ruidos, desarrollan sus capacidades psicomotoras en varias áreas.
Sin mencionar lo terapéutico que resulta el estudio de la música y de un instrumento al ayudar al desarrollo de capacidades como la concentración,el lenguaje y la memoria.
Por todas estas razones es que la música y en especial su aprendizaje, ayuda no sólo a niños sino a personas de cualquier edad, que necesiten un apoyo en la mejora de sus capacidades psicomotoras además de aquellas que sean apasionadas y cada día quieran sonreírle al mundo, aportando un poco de alegría en sus vidas y en la de los demás.
