Often when I see power up statistics here, we only look at the actual power up transactions. To determine net power ups, we also have to subtract power downs from the value, otherwise you end up counting the people who are "cycling" power ups and power downs rather than the net result.
I did a relatively simple SQL query to determine how much everyone net powered up in the last year (July 10th 2022 to July 9th 2023). A total of 16,218 accounts were net positive on powerups in that time. Here are the top 20:

Note: please don't consider this a "name and shame". It's just stats, I'm not tagging anyone, and everyone has their own lives, expenses and needs - powering down is not something to be ashamed of or to witchhunt over.
