Things are heating up quick, Titans football is almost here let's go!! The Titans released their unofficial depth chart recently!
The offensive line looks to be more improved as a whole which is pretty exciting! Jaelyn Duncan has apparently made some big strides heading into this season. Lloyd Cushenberry III is still recovering from injury but I've heard he's on the right track, he should be back as the the team's center soon.
I find it intriguing that Van Jefferson is actually considered a top three receiver, I wasn't sure what to expect from him. Ridley and Lockett as the top two guys isn't too bad I suppose.
I'm hoping to see Tyjae Spears improve and stay healthy this season and help Tony Pollard out more. Have a TRUE running back duo.
On the defensive side I am mostly optimistic. Jeffery Simmons has lost 20 pounds and seems locked in for a big year. I'm looking to see Jarvis Brownlee Jr. improve upon what was an excellent rookie year. I have loved the energy Cody Barton has brought in interviews and press conferences. The Titans also recently resigned Quandre Diggs who was a pretty good safety until he went down with injury. All in all I am pumped on this defense. Dennard Wilson seems like an excellent defenisve coordinator!
Johnny Hekker has reportedly been solid in camp. I'm SUPER nervous for Jha'Quan Jackson as the potential kick returner, the dude was a fumble machine last season.... Meh.

But still I am PUMPED to see the boys suit up and play some real football! Cam Ward and the offense has apparently had a super up and down training camp so far. I may be finding excuses here but I kind of like the fact Cam is struggling as a rookie. It shows he's not afraid to make mistakes and he's not being too cautious. He can't be scared, get the kinks out now!
I think it's good the Titans will be facing a strong team in the Bucs with Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans and company right away. The Bucs are really good in my opinion so this is the type of competition the squad needs I feel!
Saturday can't come soon enough!!

It was also cool to hear from Mike Vrabel again! I was always overall a fan of Mike. Glad he's with his old team, and glad he didn't talk negative whatsoever about the Titans. I know he's gonna try and whoop the Titans this year, we'll see how that game goes, but he does seem like a respectful guy. I have some family in New England so I know that fanbase is excited.
