Aunque no somos expertas, el proceso ha sido tan enriquecedor que hemos encontrado en él una fuente inagotable de inspiración y aprendizaje.

Actualmente, estoy trabajando en un retrato grande de mi madre, un proyecto que me llena de emoción y nostalgia. Es un reto significativo para mí, ya que me esfuerzo por capturar no solo su semblante, sino también la esencia de quien es en mi vida. Painting has been a form of expression and connection for centuries. For some people, it is simply a hobby; for others, it is an all-consuming passion. In my case, painting has become a wonderful bond between my daughter and me, especially these days when we have been working on our own art pieces. Although we are not experts, the process has been so enriching that we have found it an endless source of inspiration and learning.
A Family Inspiration Portrait
Currently, I am working on a large portrait of my mother, a project that fills me with emotion and nostalgia. It is a significant challenge for me, as I strive to capture not only her countenance, but also the essence of who she is in my life. Painting the image of someone so special pushes me to improve my skills, explore new techniques and express my feelings in a visual way. Although not yet finished, each stroke is a testament to my dedication and love.
My daughter, with her boundless energy and endless curiosity, has joined this artistic adventure with her own small paintings. At four years old, her creativity is a never-ending torrent; often, her works are reflections of her imaginative world, full of vibrant colors and fun shapes. I really enjoy sharing with her what little I know about art. Each painting session becomes a mutual learning experience.

Being a mother and teaching my daughter about art also means teaching her about life. I am working hard and as fast as possible to meet this goal, as the deadline is fast approaching in August. However, the pressure doesn't feel like a burden, but rather an encouragement that drives me to do my best.
I am thankful every day for having this opportunity to create in the company of my mother and daughter. They are the forces that inspire me and motivate me to keep going, and each brushstroke is a reflection of our love and connection. Art, in its purest form, is a celebration of our relationships and life itself.
Truly, working on our paintings has been more than a creative activity; it has been a journey of discovery and a haven of happiness. Being inexperienced painters is not an impediment, but an invitation to learn, to experiment, and to enjoy personal and artistic growth.
