ENGLISH CONTENT
Hello to all the members of this community and lovers of drawings! In my last post, I told you that I was encouraged to participate in a dynamic of the social network X, to motivate me to draw digitally. Today I come to show you what would be the second drawing I made for it and of course, I tag my friend @tegoshei so she doesn't miss it 😉
For those who don't know, in this type of dynamic, a list of words is usually provided to guide one's development of the concept or composition of the drawing. The list I followed lasted a week and belongs to the fandom of the YouTube series "Helluva Boss," specifically focusing on the character Fizzarolli. Last year, I was only able to participate for five days, so I was excited to complete the list this time.
For the second day, I based my drawing on Fizzarolli's younger appearance (his exact age in that episode is unknown, but within the fandom, he's often referred to as "Teenage Fizz"). At that time, Fizzarolli hadn't yet suffered the accident that left him with the after-effects we see in later episodes. Something worth highlighting about him is his charisma and his love for the stage, typical of a young soul. The word was "Roller Skating," and my mind immediately went to work ✨
To create the sketch, I opted for a traditional approach. I thought about drawing Fizzarolli posing flirtatiously while holding a fast-food tray from some branch of Mammon, the sin of Greed. I based it somewhat on a story I'm writing in which Fizzarolli ends up working at a fast-food restaurant where he's a waiter and wears roller skates. What a coincidence! I might use this drawing as the cover for a chapter later.

When sketching, I don't worry too much about how it turns out, since it's a basic idea, so I'm not afraid to make too many lines or if it looks "weird" 😆. When it comes to lineart, I usually make any corrections the drawing needs, as well as add any missing details. I still have a lot to learn about anatomy, but I think the pose wasn't that bad haha. In fact, I loved how the lineart turned out 😌

As for the colors, I used a fairly sober palette... or at least, that's what I tried to do, as I wanted the character's good spirits to stand out amidst such muted colors. After deciding on the colors, I did some general shading and added some light highlights.

As for the background, I opted for something simple. I painted the canvas, then added an effect available in the Medibang Paint app. That way, the drawing was finished ✨ Since it takes me a long time to draw digitally, the idea was not to get too caught up in the drawings, and I considered that messing with the background would have taken me longer than expected 🙃 Even so, I'm satisfied with the result. Maybe if I end up using the drawing as a cover like I mentioned, I'll edit it and improve the background 😉

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de los dibujos! En mi post pasado, les comenté que me animé a participar en una dinámica de la red social X, para motivarme a dibujar en digital. Hoy vengo a mostrarles lo que sería el segundo dibujo que hice para la misma y por supuesto, etiqueto a mi amiga @tegoshei para que no se lo pierda 😉
Para quienes no sepan, en este tipo de dinámicas, suele brindarse una lista con palabras a través de las cuales, uno debe de guiarse para elaborar el concepto o composición del dibujo. La lista que yo seguí tenía una semana de duración y pertenece al fandom de la serie de Youtube "Helluva Boss", más específicamente centrándose en el personaje Fizzarolli. El año pasado, pude participar sólo cinco días, así que estaba entusiasmada por poder completar la lista en esta ocasión.
Para el segundo día, basé mi dibujo en el aspecto de Fizzarolli cuando era más joven (no se sabe con exactitud que edad tenía en ese episodio, pero en el fandom, lo suelen llamar "Fizz adolescente"). En esa época, Fizzarolli aún no había sufrido el accidente que lo había dejado con las secuelas que vemos en posteriores episodios. Algo de recalcar en él, es su carisma y su amor por el escenario, propio de un espíritu joven. La palabra era "Patinaje sobre ruedas" y mi mente, de una vez se puso a trabajar ✨
Para elaborar el boceto, opté por hacerlo de forma tradicional. Pensé en hacer a Fizzarolli posando de forma coqueta mientras sostenía una bandeja de comida rápida de alguna sucursal de Mammon, el pecado de la Avaricia. Me basé un poco en una historia que estoy escribiendo en dónde precisamente Fizzarolli, acaba trabajando en un local de comida rápida donde es mesero y usa patines ¡Que coincidencia! Puede ser que luego utilice este dibujo como portada para algún capítulo.

A la hora de realizar los bocetos, no me preocupo mucho por cómo quede, ya que se trata de una idea base, así que no temo en hacer muchas líneas o si se ve "raro" 😆. Al momento de pasar al lineart, suelo hacer las correcciones que el dibujo necesite, así como añadir los detalles que hagan falta. Me falta aprender mucho sobre anatomía, pero considero que la pose no me quedó tan mal jaja De hecho, me encantó como quedó el lineart 😌

En cuanto al color, utilicé una paleta de colores bastante sobria... o al menos, eso fue lo que intenté hacer, pues deseaba que lo que resaltase, fuese el buen ánimo del personaje, en medio de colores tan apagados. Tras decidirme con los colores, hice un sombreado general y agregué unas pequeñas luces.

En cuanto al fondo, opté por realizar algo sencillo. Pintando el lienzo sobre el cual, agregué un efecto disponible en la app Medibang Paint. De esa forma, el dibujo estuvo terminado ✨ Como me toma mucho tiempo dibujar en digital, la idea era no enfrascarme mucho en los dibujos y consideré que meterme con el fondo, me hubiese llevado a tardar más de lo previsto 🙃 Aún así, estoy satisfecha con el resultado. A lo mejor, si llego a usar el dibujo como portada como les comenté, lo edite y mejore el fondo 😉
