Six Sublime Sunday Shots, Deeply Dreamy

 
 

During one of the last HiveBloPoMo challenges, I started doing a thing where I'd take my favorite photos from the week and for Sublime Sundays I'd run them through the the Deep Dream Generator. I thought it would be fun to revisit that idea - then realized I didn't actually post a ton of photos this week. 😂

Turns out, it was actually a bit more fun to try to match pictures I wouldn't ordinarily try to use (like my Market Friday snaps) with cool looking filters to make them look dreamy.

And speaking of HiveBloPoMo, we're officially at the end of the first week - how is everyone doing? I've already had a couple of mad scramble days, but so far I should have another weekly @hivebuzz badge after today, and still aiming for the monthly one too. I have to say I'm thrilled by how many people are participating - while I'm not seeing a ton of tweets with the #HiveBloPoMo tag, there are lots of posts in the community & tag feed. Sending lots of good blogging vibes to everyone giving this a go!

Gotta say it's also cool that even though I haven't used the DDG much in the past couple of weeks, I'm already getting some likes on my Dreamer page. I've only been able to share 5 of these publicly (the limit for my account per 24 hours) but I'll get the other one, plus maybe a few other second choices, up tomorrow. Although it's funny - the Dreamy shagbark tree is in the lead with 13 likes (Dreamy Pumpkin is a close second with 12), while my personal fave, the Dreamy cafe, only has 4. And the cafe is the one I started with this morning, so it's been up the longest... 🤔
