What I consume most on YouTube is music, and of course if I think of my favourite channel, Chayanne comes to mind.
I listen to a lot of different music on YouTube and I also consume other content, but usually it is music that I have in the background while I am designing, painting or writing.
I used to consume other types of content, but now I optimise my time, so I can listen to music and do something else at the same time. Time is valuable.
I've lost count of the number of years I've been following Chayanne, I think it was in 1991, when I was mostly listening to the radio that I got to know him, as he was always in the top forty of music broadcasts.
I was a teenager and although I never liked dancing, I was passionate about music.
Among many other artists of that time, Chayanne is my favourite Spanish-speaking artist.
If I have to say what I like about him, it's everything, I like everything.
Apart from considering him a very handsome man with characteristics that stand out like his eyes, smile, sympathy, charisma and much more, another of the things that I like the most is that his videos always or almost always star the choreography.
He has a spectacular voice, and I like both his fast and slow songs. I've been following him for many years and I'm a big fan of his.
At that time I didn't have much money, so as a fan I couldn't have posters and things like that, but as soon as I could, there was no shortage of magazines about Chayanne, posters and more.
His YouTube channel fascinates me, especially those videos where there are great choreographies. This is with respect to the songs with a lot of movement and dancing.
But Chayanne has a lot of slow and romantic songs, of course I love them, his lyrics are beautiful. What can I say, I'm a fan.
In this case his video clips have a beautiful scenery, well set, even if it is simple.
Whoever knows me knows that I like Chayanne a lot, too much. And above all I love watching his videos, the places where they are filmed, the dances, the details, everything seems meticulously studied and set.
Some of them are very romantic and his lyrics have a lot of content and are emotional.
From 1991 until today I think I have liked all their content, of course some songs and videos more than others and it also depends on the situation I am living, one lyric can be more in tune than another.
And I not only watch his YouTube channel but any other video within that platform where he is interviewed, or shows in which he participates, in short, everything.
I remember that he was giving a show in the city where I lived and I couldn't go, but from the garden of my house I could hear him, because the wind brought his voice, that night I was sitting on a bench in the garden enjoying his songs, even though I couldn't see him.
Besides, Chayanne has the same sign as me, and his birthday is one day after mine. I remember devouring any information I read about him.
With YouTube everything was easier, I could watch him whenever I wanted and enjoy his choreographies.
Some of his lyrics have truths and realities that point to enjoying life, being thankful and that everything comes back.
It was very difficult looking at all his videos, to choose which ones to bring to you, because I really like everything. I made a list of ten, and I narrowed it down as much as I could, but I want to make it clear that I like everything. Did I tell you I'm a fan?
I was looking at what was the best choreography, or the best lyrics, or where he's the prettiest, well he's beautiful in all of them. What can I say if the initiative is focused on my favourite channel.
As you can see I was able to reduce that list to three videos, a very complicated task.
Caprichosa is one of the oldest songs, but I really like the style in which it is done, plus the choreography and his smile.
The second one is Torero. Why I chose it is because it was filmed in Buenos Aires and it has a lot of strength and charisma.
The last video corresponds to the song Humanos a Marte, it is very romantic, I liked the fact that his character is a photographer and the protagonist is a model. Besides, Chayanne has changed a lot in his appearance and it seems to me that at that time he was in his splendour.
I could talk about him forever, as I love him as a singer. There have been criticisms of Chayanne as an actor and it's true, maybe he's not that good. But I focus on his voice, his charm and his great videos.
But I can't leave without leaving you with one last video that I think has a beautiful message to the whole world.
