This is my last participation in the contest so I would like to share with you something that accompanies me every time I set out to create content for this beautiful blockchain, I mean the playlist that I like to hear, it is not a list that I myself have formed at will, I think it was rather the youtube algorithm that, recognizing my tastes, wanted to please me with music from the 90's because it is what I almost always look for to go listening to samples I relax writing and I feel that somehow the ideas start to flow better, there are even scientific studies that claim that music (depending on the type of music of course) can reduce stress and anxiety, as well as increase productivity. I like this kind of music because it takes me back to a charming time, where everything was different, I especially like to listen to ballads because they are the ones that relax me the most, especially "The story between your fingers by Gianluca Grignani".
Esta es mi última participación en el concurso así que me gustaría compartir con ustedes algo que me acompaña cada vez que me dispongo a crear contenido para esta hermosa blockchain, me refiero a la lista de reproducción que me gusta oír, no es una lista que yo misma haya formado a voluntad, creo que más bien fue el algoritmo de youtube el que, reconociendo mis gustos, quiso complacerme con música de los 90 porque es lo que casi siempre busco para ir escuchando muestras me relajo escribiendo y siento que de alguna forma empiezan a fluir las ideas mejor, incluso hay estudios científicos que afirman que la música (depende del tipo de música por supuesto) puede reducir el estrés y la ansiedad, además de aumentar la productividad. Me gusta este tipo de música porque me traslada a una época de encanto, donde todo era diferente, sobre todo me gusta oir las baladas porque son las que más me relajan, en especial "La historia entre tus dedos de Gianluca Grignani"
Another song I like to listen to from that same playlist is "Amores extraños" by Laura Pausini, listening to it automatically takes me back to a very special outing we had back in the 90's when my best friend who I consider a blood sister came to visit my house from far away (another state in the country) she came with her husband who I also consider a great brother, and they came without the kids, My husband and I left our daughter with my mom and this way we were free to go as a couple to enjoy a well deserved rest, I remember we went to a bar where they play some music and people dance, over there, at the end of the bar they had a TV where they projected some video clips, and in the intervals where people got tired of dancing they played some relaxing music and in that moment they played this song by Laura Pausini which was very fashionable. The mental image I have is of the four of us at our table (my sister, her husband, my husband and me) having some drinks while watching the video on the screen.
Otra canción que me gusta escuchar de esa misma lista de reproducción es "Amores extraños" de Laura Pausini, es que escucharla me remonta automáticamente a una salida muy especial que tuvimos por allá en los años 90 cuando mi mejor amiga a quien considero como una hermana de sangre vino de visita a mi casa desde muy lejos (otro estado del país) vino con su esposo a quien también considero un gran hermano, y vinieron sin los niños, mi esposo y yo dejamos a nuestra hija con mi mamá y de esta manera estuvimos libres para ir en pareja a disfrutar de un merecido descanso, recuerdo que fuimos a un barde esos donde ponen algo de música y la gente baila, por allá, al final de la barra tenían un televisor donde se proyectaban algunos videoclips, y en los intervalos donde la gente se cansaba de bailar ponían algo de música relajante y en eso pusieron esta canción de Laura Pausini que estaba muy de moda. La imagen mental que tengo es de nosotros cuatro en nuestra mesa (mi hermana, su esposo, mi esposo y yo) tomando algunos tragos mientras veíamos en video en la pantalla.
But I have to confess that sometimes I start singing the songs unconsciously 😄 or I keep watching music videos, which leads me to procrastination and produces the opposite effect to what I am looking for, i.e. lowers my productivity, so if what I am writing is a post where I am reviewing a book or a movie I need a little more concentration, then I prefer to listen to instrumental music like Richard Clayderman for example, especially I love to hear Ballade Pour Adeline. I got to know this talented musician through my husband because he has loved it for many years and always listens to it in the evenings to relax and get some sleep.
Pero tengo que confesarles que a veces me pongo a cantar las canciones inconscientemente 😄 o me quedo viendo los videos musicales, lo que me conduce a la procrastinación y produce el efecto contrario a lo que busco, osea baja mi productividad, así que si lo que estoy redactando es un post donde estoy reseñando un libro o una película necesito un poco más de concentración, entonces prefiero escuchar música instrumental como Richard Clayderman por ejemplo, sobre todo me encanta oír Ballade Pour Adeline. A este talentoso musico lo conocí por mi esposo porque a él le encanta desde hace muchos años y siempre lo escucha por las tardes para relajarse y dormir un poco.
And speaking of naps, I rarely sleep in the afternoon but when I do I like to listen to some background music, but in my case I listen to a youtube channel called "chill chill journal", I like it because they have a good selection of jazz. This channel I met it by recommendation of my oldest daughter who loves it and always listens to it when she works, once I went into her room and told her that this music made me sleepy and when she told me "why don't you use it to sleep" then I took her at her word 😁.
Y hablando de siestas, yo rara vez duermo por las tardes pero cuando lo hago me gusta escuchar un poco de música de fondo, pero en mi caso yo escucho la de un canal de youtube que se llama "chill chill journal", me gusta porque tienen buena una selección de jazz. Este canal lo conocí por recomendación de mi hija mayor que le encanta y siempre lo oye cuando trabaja, una vez entré a su cuarto y le comenté que esa música me daba sueño y cuando ella me dijo "¿por qué no lo usas para dormir" entonces le tomé la palabra 😁.
