This is what I use to hold hot things in my kitchen
One of the first things I saw on Instagram today was an image that left me reflecting for a while. It was the chipped crystal of a pair of glasses, and a caption: No. The world is not broken.
It was in the story of a dear person to me. It's probably a picture she took, I thought and I don't know why I haven't asked her about it. Maybe I won't, I want to keep my first thought.
Today I just talked to my pets and laughed uproariously with a reel also from Instagram. I shared it with some friends on WhatsApp. There's a character who does amazing things with his sable shepherd and in the reel, this other guy, in a park, tries to emulate him with his mongrel dog. Of course he wants his dog to do things without being trained and it's hilarious.
Between one thing and another I was reading posts on Hive and leaving comments a bit dull, you know, like I usually am. I felt hungry, got up from my chair, walked to the kitchen and I don't know at what point I turned around and looked at my disheveled bed, just the way I left it when I got up.

Damn how I wish it was more unkempt and also to see ‘someone’ there. Not just anyone, of course.
I didn't wallow in this thought, I was hungry, I saw the malangas and decided to make this, like chips.

Step 1, peel them.

Step 2, cut them.

Step 3, fry them.
They burned.
The first ones were burnt. 👩🚒

Here you can see the difference.
Why?
Well, because I felt it was drizzling and I wanted to go out into the backyard, barefoot as I was, to feel the rain and the wet grass. Connecting with Mother Earth.

Another thing that made me lose focus was the fact that ‘once again’ I have chickens that are not mine in my backyard.
I was delighted with the health of the coconut tree, I have to peel those coconuts, the passion fruit that grows vigorously on that fence, the guava bushes that are so green and beautiful and big .... oh, I smell burnt. Run!

By the way, Yin took possession of my flip-flops.
And I write Yin now and he comes very playfully and scares me from behind... life, life. I laughed out loud again.

I drank water, yoghurt, got my vitamin. And I went outside because I felt a commotion in the street. What I call a street, but this is really a wild, rustic place.
Guess what?

The cow arrived from the trip. 😃 And she could afford an assistant, as you can see. I've been joking with two friends through the comments here on Hive about this cow I wanted to photograph. Only they will get the joke. 🤣
I don't feel much like talking. I'm more into writing. Most of the time I try to listen to things that are pleasant and add something to my restless thoughts.
Most of the time I get more written messages than conversations. Now I will probably have several voices around me. I plan to do something... it may or may not happen. It all depends on how the thing looks like, the object of my interest. And it's crazy, why tell you about it.
But enough talk, this has all been to talk a bit about my day and the things I do in my apparent monotony, but it's also that I want to share a YouTube channel I discovered a while ago and have been enjoying a lot.
The Channel is called Aprendemos juntos 2030 (Learning Together 2030) and its information says:
At BBVA we believe a better life in a more sustainable world is possible and we want to offer you the tools to face the great challenges of the future. In this channel you will discover the most inspiring stories and the most useful content to face your day-to-day life, encouraging us to fight for a more inclusive society that respects the planet.
There are very interesting stories but what I like about each one is that we can learn something, or a lot, from all of them.
(Important notice)
All of them have subtitles in several languages.

For example, one that fascinated me the most was this interview. The answers of Ana Ibañez, a brain trainer... 😁 are revealing. And you'll say flatly: How do you train brains? Ok, you have to listen to her. I am very interested in this topic. She is a neuroscientist and among many other things she was a swimmer and a helicopter pilot.

This other example is also very good. Maybe you didn't know Matthieu Ricard, known as the happiest man in the world, a label he doesn't like, by the way. Well, here he is. Listen to what wonderful advice he gives. We are so concerned with the main challenges of the 21st century and we don't know how to solve them. His answer is so simple and so right... 😇

Nilda Chiaraviglio is a clinical family and couple psychotherapist who has been giving clinical psychotherapy sessions for more than twenty years. She is a lecturer, author and teacher. She has taught at universities in Peru, Argentina and Mexico.
I chose three videos from this channel that I bring you in case you don't know it yet. There is a lot of knowledge there. I like to listen to wise people. I like to learn from everyone. Everyone, except those who live by complaining, always has something to teach.
And this is one of my ways to live better, always learning.
