Recuerdo claramente la última vez que lo

The best of all is that this time I did get the recipe right, perfectly! First time I managed to do it without any disaster in the kitchen. I felt so proud of myself that I even took pictures of the step by step to share it with you. I really had heard a lot about the benefits of kefir for digestive health, and these days that I've been taking it, it has worked wonders for me. I feel more energetic, with better digestion, and happy to have done something good for my body.

También seguí la parte del video donde ella lo preparaba con banano, pero debo confesar que no me gustó mucho el sabor. Prefiero tomarlo solito, sin azúcar añadida ni frutas. Me gusta más natural, y así siento que aprovecho mejor sus propiedades. Como soy de paladar sencillo, esas combinaciones no siempre me caen bien.
Lo mejor de todo es que esta vez sí me salió bien la receta, ¡a la perfección! Primera vez que lo logro sin ningún desastre en la cocina. Me sentí tan orgullosa de mí misma que incluso tomé fotos del paso a paso para compartirlo con ustedes. De verdad que había escuchado mucho sobre los beneficios del kéfir para la salud digestiva, y en estos días que lo he tomado, me ha funcionado de maravilla. Me siento con más energía, con mejor digestión, y feliz de haber hecho algo bueno por mi cuerpo.
I loved this channel because she explains calmly, clearly, and without complicating things. That made me feel accompanied in the process, as if I had a friend teaching me from her kitchen. I think that's the most beautiful thing about these spaces on YouTube: that we not only learn recipes, but we also feel a connection, a motivation to try again.

Este canal me encantó porque ella explica con calma, con claridad, y sin complicar las cosas. Eso me hizo sentir acompañada en el proceso, como si tuviera una amiga enseñándome desde su cocina.
