In my today's blog, I wanna discuss the topic of dissolving the ego of s person. Its means that spend time with yourself and. Keep eye on your thoughts, emotions, and social behavior with others. If you want to dissolve your ego then I'm gonna share some useful points of view that may follow you.
Develop Self-awareness
For increasing your self-awareness you'll practice daily journaling and meditation regularly of life. Ego means that you identified yourself from the things like assets, religion, age, and mental & physical health issues. Ego means the identification of yourself from the things that were close to you like relationships, nationality, passions, and desires.

Challenge your beliefs
If you define yourself among people and treat other become egoistic behavior then you should change your beliefs and challenge yourself for being humble with others.
Move deeply into the now
Practice with yourself deeply now what you want to do, if you look closely at yourself then you can know imp aspect of your mind.
Simply you can watch your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. I'm sure in that way you become aware of your sensations. Practices for yourself for dissolving the ego must be important for living life happily.
Forgive yourself
If you feel you did anything wrong to yourself or others unconsciously then you have to forgive yourself and others, it's the most important thing also for your mental peace. Sometimes our mind does not do permission to forgive others but in that state of mind, we should try to forgive for peace of mind.
Stay to be consciousness
You have realized that you stay conscious of yourself you should be aware of your inner feeling, thoughts, reaction, and sensations, and know about all these deeply. Only you can aware of your thoughts so be careful before acting anything to others or yourself to do anything.
