In this post I share some of the Canadian junk silver I picked up along with some other stuff in a new coin shop that I discovered when I purchased my metal verifier in the picture below and right above we got some 80% silver Canadian quarter 2 different designs and monarchs but they are all 80% sometimes the date can be worn down and it can be hard to tell if it's sterling (92.5% silver) or 80% (post 1920) but with a metal verifier like mine you can quickly go through many coins and find out if they are sterling, 80% 50% or no silver content.
Right below we got some sterling Canadian 50 cent coins all pre 1919 mostly 1918 or the date is worn down, but as mentioned above with my metal verifier it's easy and quick to determine what's what.
I also got me 80% Canadian dimes I had some from before as well, I ordered 3 dollars worth of 80% Canadian silver from the silvergoldbull website and mostly got dimes, well now that I got these I figured I can arrange them a bit better in a coin tube although on not sure that the right name for it
And now we looking a lot better I did not have quite enough for another roll so I placed the loose silver back in the bag
That is all for today's post thanks for stopping by your support is truly appreciated
