I was excited when this piece came through the buyer’s group I'm in on Telegram. I have a decent amount of silver bullion, so lately I've been picking up more unique pieces that are lower mintage. This one caught my eye because of the exquisite design.
Obverse
The detail on this is next level! You can clearly see the texturing in the Harpy's feathers. The coloring of her wings adds a great contrast to the rest of the piece.
They didn't skimp on the details for the leaves that are closer to the foreground. You can see clear, crisp definition in the larger leaves. The tree branch bark even has texturing, which is a small detail that is typically glossed over. The smaller leaves you see in the background? They're laser etched into the surface!
Reverse
The reverse is pretty bland, but I'm willing to overlook that considering how detailed the obverse is. I still think they could've put maybe a feather or two on each side of the crest for contrast, but that's just me nit-picking.

The bonus part that really makes this extra nice is the coin is not only in an air tite, but the whole package is a display box. I thought it was a nice touch, since you don't see that in a lot of packaging these days.
The price on this was $99. It certainly isn't the most expensive piece I've purchased, but it's certainly up there. If you can get your hands on one of these while they're cheap, you won't regret it. I think the price on these will only go up over time.
