Picked these up at a local auction here in Indiana, but online. The dates range from the 20's through the 40's for the Mercs and the FDR is a 64.
This won't be my usual boring post with short factoids about the obverse and reverse. Just wanted to share my most recent snag that just came in the mail.
I am fascinated by the Mercury dime, It is one of my favorite U.S. coin designs for some reason and I plan to buy up some more lots if they are available.
If you have any further information about these coins you would like to share, since I was in too much of a hurry this time, please drop it in the comments. I just may make another post sharing a better specimen down the road.
