It’s been 9 months since our last Monster Raffle but the SGS Community is keen to go again. So to formally kick off the process today we’re putting the call out for Community Members to make their Donation and Sponsorship Pledges. Once again all funds raised by this Monster Raffle will go toward the Community Curation Project known as Precious the Silver Mermaid which supports our Precious Metal content creators here on HIVE.

The scheduling for this next Monster Raffle will consist of 2 stages followed by the Live Draw which will be conducted in real time on the SGS Discord Server. The first stage which we are starting today is for the Prize Donations and Sponsorship Pledges and will run for 2 weeks from today until Saturday 29th June at midnight GMT and that will be followed by the 2nd stage for Ticket Sales and Promotion which will also run for 2 weeks.
We are accepting donations and sponsorships from individuals like we always have, however for this Monster Raffle we are also introducing the concept of Prize Hubs. Our first Prize Hub will be for Europe and is being organized by SGS Champion @trumpman so if you can’t donate any Precious Metals you can donate HIVE or HBD to the European Prize Hub via @trumpman and he will put it towards a bigger prize on behalf of Europe.
If you would like to individually donate or sponsor the event, please make a post with the tags #monsterraffle and #silvergoldstackers to outline your contribution and show your pictures. The only requirements for individual prize donation / sponsorship is that :-
- The prize needs to be in the form of Silver and / or Gold
- The prize needs to have a minimum value of $25 USD
- The donating member / sponsor needs to accept responsibility for posting out to the eventual winner (NOTE : This might require International Posting)
