"Seeds of Hope" those seeds are in our hands

Days drift past as leaves falling,
Sifting and drifting in a seemingly random pattern.
Can we weather these days without stalling?
We can, if we allow hope to be our lantern

Time is not our enemy, nor our friend.
It is simply a factor of our existence.
We can allow it to break us, or we can bend.
It should not bring about distance.

So much of our world is conflicted,
So many people in dire need.
Yet we are all not so afflicted,
Of Hope, we are the seed.

Needlessly wandering, always at odds,
We cannot seem to find commonality.
Seeking always the beneficence of our gods
In the end, the best we can do is neutrality.

So what is the answer? Where do we find our balm?
By reaching out our hands in peace,
We can help bring about the calm.
