I wander alone under a “Twilight Sky”
Knowing that peace is nigh.
Searching the stars for a sign,
Of the one who should be mine.
But alas, I have that one already,
For the one who should be mine is me.
I've been here all along, yearning to be free
Waiting for the time when I would see.
For within ourselves we are complete,
With Hope and compassion, we are replete.
Always hiding just up the street,
Soon in a stranger, our destiny we meet.
Twilight can be sad, but peaceful you see,
For I am in you, and you are in me.
