Started this weekend out by firing up the smoker Saturday. We threw on some veggies that had a little seasoning and oils the wife mixed in. You can see those on the tops racks. Then a nice seasoned roast. Not sure what it was seasoned with, it was already seasoned from the store. Look at that smoke roll.

This is the finihsed result of the roast after removing it from the smoker. My only regret was not capturing the seasonings from its packaging. It smelled amazing when it came off.

Here are the veggies, and they were the aboslute best. Biggest regret here was there was not enough. I loved them. Again, I didn't capture what the wife seasoned them with or oils used, but will next time.

And here is the final result with some Mac&Cheese added to the side of the plate. Te Mac&Cheese was not prepared on the grill as I have not yet tried or braved that yet, but plan to eventually.
In the end, the roast was nice and juicy and tasted amazing as far as I was concerned. The veggies stole the show for me though.
I think I will be throwing some burgers on the grill for Monday, which is actually memorial day. I plan to experiment around with a few of them and some seasoning. Of course I will share results good or bad here in @bozz's Grilling and Smoking community.
Thanks for reading,
Joe
