Hello friends. Today was the New Year's gift raffle and Christmas gift giving day at my daughter's school. As a class, we had the gifts made by the Down Syndrome Association. They also asked us families to send small surprise snacks for the children.
The class Christmas gift raffle is a tradition. When we were children, we would excitedly wonder who would buy us gifts and what they would buy us. When we were buying a gift for our friend whom we drew in a lottery, we were worried about whether he would like it. Sometimes you receive very nice gifts, but you may not like the gift you receive. As a class, we decided to buy similar gifts for all children this year and support the Association of People with Down Syndrome. We had the gifts made by the association. We wanted there to be awareness among children, too.
My daughter and I decorated her snacks in different formats. We used the little paper folding and painting techniques we learned from nursery. It was a nice work that will put a smile on the children's faces. We can make children happy with some colored paper, a few candies and chocolates.
The children were dressed colorfully today. Superheroes, princesses, singers and many stylishly dressed children. They were very happy. Children don't need a reason to have fun. They are always hungry for play and fun. The child inside me was so jealous of them. It was beautiful in my own childhood. But it wasn't this colorful and harmonious. My mother sewed my costumes. Or we would make it with ingredients we had at home. We would make pirate hats from newspaper, princess crowns from flowers, and capes from sheets. Swords and horses from sticks. 🐎 We would be very funny most of the time. But today it was as if a movie was being shot at school and every child was like the leading actor.
You can also get your gifts from charities. You will both choose a nice gift and feel great. I hope all the children will be happy this year. Every child can experience beautiful days like this. Happy birthday. Thank you very much for reading.
**Yeni yıl hediyelerimizin adresi ;Doown Sendromu Derneği****
Merhaba arkadaşlar. Bugün Kızımın okulunda yılbaşı hediye çekilişi ve yılbaşı hediyesini verme günüydü. Biz sınıf olarak hediyeleri Down Sendromu Derneğine yaptırdık. Biz ailelerden de çocuklar için ufak sürpriz atıştırmalıklar yollamamızı istediler.
Sınıf yılbaşı hediye çekilişi bir gelenektir. Çocukken çok heyecanla bize kimin hediye alacağını ve ne alacağını merak ederdik. Kurada çektiğimiz arkadaşımıza da hediye alırken sevecekmi diye endişe ederdik. Bazen siz çok güzel hediyeler alırsınız ama size gelen hediyeyi beğenmeye bilirsiniz. Biz sınıf olarak bu sene bütün çocuklara benzer hediyeler almaya ve Doown Sendromlular derneğine destek olmaya karar verdik..Hediyeleri derneğe yaptırdık. Çocuklarda da bir farkındalık olmasını istedik.
Atıştırmalıklarında kızımla beraber farklı formatlarda süsledik. Kreşten öğrendiğimiz ufak kağıt katlama ve boyama tekniklerini kullandık. Çocukların yüzünü gülümsetecek güzel bir çalışma oldu. Biraz renkli kağıt bir kaç şeker ve çikolata ile çocukları mutlu edebiliriz.
Çocuklar bugün rengarek giyinmişlerdi. Süper kahramanlar, prensesler, şarkıcılar ve çok şık giyinen bir çok çocuk. Çok mutlulardı.. Çocukların eğlenmek için sebebe ihtiyaçları yok. Onlar her zaman oyuna ve eğlenmeye açlar. İçimde ki çocuk onları çok kıskandı. Kendi çocukluğumda güzeldi. Ama bu kadar renkli ve ahenkli değildi. Kostümlerimi annem dikerdi. Yada evde olan malzemelerle biz yapardık. Gazeteden korsan şapkaları, çiçeklerden prenses taçları ve çarşaflardan pelerin yapardık. Sopalardan kılıç ve atlar. 🐎 Çoğu zaman çok komik olurduk. Ama bugün sanki okulda bir film çekiliyor gibiydi ve her çocuk başrol oyuncusu gibi olmuştu.
Sizde hediyelerinizi yardım derneklerinden alabilirsiniz. Hem güzel bir hediye seçmiş olursunuz, hemde kendinizi çok iyi hisserdiniz. Umarım bu yıl bütün çocuklar mutlu olur. Her çocuk bunun gibi güzel günleri yaşayabilir. Mutlu yıllar. Okuduğunuz için çok teşekkür ederim.
