Many times the day to day activities, responsibilities and even common tasks can stress us out.
Maybe just many times activities are routine and things overwhelm us.
Some things are unavoidable and we have to face them, but in that way of taking action we need something that disconnects us a little bit and then we can go back to work with more strength.
These days that has happened to me and it's amazing how a walk and explore in the middle of nature, away from everything has helped me so much.
I don't know if it's the lack of noise from the city, the greater amount of oxygen or the fact that my mind concentrates so much on the beautiful things it sees that everything else takes a back seat.
And that feeling that happens when nothing but nature exists and I let myself be amazed by it is inexplicable.
There is always something new to see in it or details I hadn't paid attention to before.
Looking closely at the stones where, between them, water flows. Paying attention to the sound of the water touching each of those rocks or passing through the leaves is relaxing.
I am always comforted by walks among the trees, and even more so when flowers appear in my path.
Discovering among the thick green, new paths, some filled with dry leaves crunching under my feet and being able to stray from the pre-established paths and explore.
Exploring here and there makes my mind just think about it, and revitalizes me, as if the oxygen there in abundance has a great effect on me.
I could hear the frogs singing everywhere, but I couldn't see them. I would approach places with water, but they seemed to hide.
Another thing I love is admiring the vastness of the trees, looking up and seeing the sun's rays streaming through.
In this area there is a lot of thickness, the trees and plants very close together as if it were a jungle.
All tropical and subtropical species, of the most varied forms and with different origins that coexist with each other. I wondered if nature can do that because it is so difficult for men.
I often make the comparison and the answers are there at our fingertips, where there is perfect balance.
Plants coexist and do not destroy each other as humans do.
Maybe for that reason I need to get away from time to time, to find the balance and think better.
Nature has strange forms, but that doesn't make it any less beautiful, it's another kind of beauty. If only everyone could understand that....
The natural is a great inspirer of many reflections that come to my mind.
I followed a path that led me to a beautiful view of the city. There in the distance was everyone, including myself, going about our daily lives. And looking at it from another perspective helps a lot.
I stayed for a while looking at each place, to be given a different view, several points of view.
There are always several possibilities to contemplate and the silence and this balance here helps to find possible paths.
I am always renewed when I am in nature, it is a great guide and healer of body and spirit. It helps to think more clearly.
They say that when we get away from problems we can see them in a different way, while the one inside can get overwhelmed and not find the way out.
When my mind is like this, I tell myself, I need a dose of nature and it never fails me.
I stayed contemplating the views for a while, admiring the scenery, enjoying the silence, the gentle breeze and renewing energy with the walk.
This is one of my favorite places that I call paradise, a great place with lots of magic and surprises.
Thank you all for joining me, I send you a big greeting and see you next time.
