In a previous post I shared a little bit about my worries in regards to the new hardfork. This is a matter that is probably on the interest of the smallest backup witnesses. Small backup witnesses were simply not being allowed to produce blocks due to some bug.
I haven't been assigned a block to be produced for about 4 days, but today I have got 3.
Here are the 3 blocks I managed to finally produce in the new version of Hive:
Before, on the HF25, I used to produce about 3 blocks a day, giveror take, since the algorithm assigned my server to produce a block almost evenly distributed into every 8 hours or so.
Because of these blocks I have just produced today, for the fact that they were very close to each other, and specially after after 3 or 4 days of not being assigned anything, it leads me to believe that it is not fixed yet. I don't believe that is the intended behavior of the witness schedule.
I know nothing about what is causing it, but I had hopes that it could be an issues that would solve itself, like the ninja mining of curation rewards on the last fork during the first 7 days.
I hope you keep an eye on the witnesses, the schedule, the block production and the development and testing. Our blockchain is robust, but not perfect yet.
