We now have live-code examples on many of the tutorials. This allows developers to try out these examples in-browser.
I also added links from the API Definitions to docs.hivesql.io, hosted by @arcange. These references are in the SDK References, most notibly present in broadcast ops.

For the next sprint, I am going to focus on the public testnet. Right now, the public testnet is documented very minimally, with an emphasis on running your own local testnet (using tintoy).
Now that the public testnet is stable and widely supported, the tutorials should reflect this. I'm going to maintain the local testnet instructions, for anyone who wants to go that route. But moving forward, the public testnet will be the recommended approach.
The public testnet will also be a good fit for the remaining live-code examples.
