Hey everyone — I’ve been building something fun and finally ready to share it: SambaPools, a football prediction game that runs on Hive blockchain.
If you're into football and crypto, this is for you. You join a pool, predict match outcomes, and earn a share of the prize if you're accurate. Simple, fun, and built for the Hive community.
Why SambaPools?
In Brazil we call this game "Bolão", and I used to play this since high school (long time ago), just writing predictions in a piece of paper. I've always liked the idea of turning something fun like football predictions into a game that’s actually fair and transparent, something community-powered, not run by big betting platforms. With Hive, we’ve got fast, feeless transactions and an active community, so it just made sense.
How it Works
- Deposit Hive in your in-game wallet
- Choose a pool (e.g. Premier League, Champions League, Brazilian League)
- Predict match results and choose bet amount
- Earn points based on your accuracy
- Win a share of the pool!
What's Next
- Custom private pools — create a pool just for you and the friends you choose.
- Maybe different sports or events — I'm open for suggestions.
