In a Health group on another platform, a question was asked about health from someone with a long list of symptoms.
This was my reply:
i can help you design and implement a holistic healing protocol, which, if you are tired enough of these symptoms to do the necessary work, will in my opinion likely reverse all these issues as you become filled with life energy. But we warned, at the forefront is the necessity to do the "emotional work", which can be very challenging. But if you are determined enough and have good support and environment, there is no reason not to return to vibrant health.
Cutting right to the point, all dis-ease is caused by the belief in the false sense of I.
This programmed (by parents peers and society) belief creates tensions initially in the emotional body. If these un-integrated emotions are not resolved (we are not taught how) they become mental and physical dis-ease.
There are many ways to integrate these "kinks of consciousness", my most favoured being The Presence Process, a self facilitated emotional integration procedure.
i recently re-read and bookmarked a post i made 3 years ago, Holistic Healing For Any Dis-Ease in which i go into more detail including some specific physical healing modalities.
Today, i've been doing some gardening which is also very beneficial for our health.
Gardening offers a wide variety of benefits to the body, mind, and emotions. It’s also great for the environment. So, whether you have a seasoned green thumb or a black thumb in training, taking the time and investing the space to cultivate a garden of your own is well worth the effort. Source
In my opinion, no Doctor, pill or any-thing can heal our dis-ease. We have to do the inner work for the body mind to heal.
