Debido a las ocupaciones diarias y responsabilidades que tenemos, en algunas ocasiones nos resulta un tanto difícil preparar la lonchera y las ideas parecen esfumarse y resolvemos con lo más práctico comprar en la panadería un cachito, pan de queso, hojaldre , entre otros y resuelto el dilema; también tenemos días donde la creatividad se potencia al máximo y surgen muchas ideas para cocinar el desayuno de los pequeños, es importante tener un cuadernos de notas y apuntar esas ideas para tenerla a mano cuando sea necesario.
