¡Hola Hola Comunidad! ✨, cuando llegamos a fin de año es normal que comencemos con la planificación de cómo queremos que sea nuestro siguiente año, para ésto cada uno de nosotros busca la herramienta que mejor se adapte a nuestras necesidades y gustos para poder plasmar aquellos que se desea lograr, algunos simplemente hacen una lista de metas a alcanzar y la resguardan como una especie de lista de deseos, otros prefieren iniciar una nueva agenda donde comenzar a organizar mes con mes, pero además hay quienes se van por una vía más visual y creativa, en la cual plasman a través de fotografías o dibujos eso que desean para su nuevo año. Hoy gracias a la iniciativa propuesta por mi amiga @eldiariodelys, haremos exactamente ésto último que planteo, les mostraré mi Pizarra de Visualización para éste nuevo año, así que sin más que agregar acompañenme a Conectar Conmigo Misma y descubrir cuáles son mis metas para el año 2025 💖.
Hello Hello Community! ✨, When we reach the end of the year it is normal that we start planning how we want our next year to be, for this each of us seeks the tool that best suits our needs and tastes to capture what we want to achieve, some simply make a list of goals to achieve and keep it as a kind of wish list, others prefer to start a new agenda where to start organizing month by month, but there are also those who go for a more visual and creative way, in which they capture through photographs or drawings what they want for their new year. Today thanks to the initiative proposed by my friend @eldiariodelys, we will do exactly the latter, I will show you my Vision Board for this new year, so without further ado join me to Connect With Myself and discover what are my goals for the year 2025 💖.
La verdad debo comenzar diciendo que realizar un Vision Board es algo nuevo para mí, porque aunque he escuchado y explicado un montón de veces cómo hacer y en que consiste ésta herramienta, resulta que yo soy más de un último grupo de personas: las que no planifican su año 🤭, y que vamos fluyendo con cada experiencia que vamos viviendo, ojo no es un hábito que recomiendo, pero que al menos a mí hasta ahora me ha funcionado en cuanto a reducir mi ansiedad ante la expectativa de alcanzar o no ciertas cosas planteadas, sin embargo éste año es diferente por muchas razones, la vida adulta ya me está respirando en la nuca y creo que es momento de dejar la desorganización 🤣, y es por esa razón que decidí, por primera vez, realizar ésta planificación para mi nuevo año.
No obstante, quise ser bastante realista y no plantearme metas demasiado altas para mí, tomando en cuenta que algunas de ellas son más bien objetivos que sé que lograré hasta finales del próximo año y otros que no dependen enteramente de mí, de ésta forma creo que mi Vision Board se divide en tres esferas principales: Esfera de Autocuidado, Esfera Social y Conección con Otros y Esfera Profesional/Laboral.
The truth I must start by saying that making a Vision Board is something new for me, because although I have heard and explained a lot of times how to do and what this tool consists of, it turns out that I am more of the latter group of people: *those who do not plan their year 🤭, and that we flow with each experience we are living, eye is not a habit that I recommend, but at least it has worked for me so far to reduce my anxiety about the expectation of achieving or not certain things raised, however this year is different for many reasons, adult life is already breathing down my neck and I think it's time to leave the disorganization 🤣, and that is why I decided, for the first time, to make this planning for my new year.
However, I wanted to be quite realistic and not set my goals too high for myself, taking into account that some of them are rather goals that I know I will achieve by the end of next year and others that do not depend entirely on me, so I think my Vision Board is divided into three main spheres: Self-Care Sphere, Social Sphere and Connection with Others and Professional/Labor Sphere.
En la Esfera de Autocuidado es donde considero que estoy planteandome mayores cosas, quizás sea porque es el área que más depende de mí misma, o tal vez sea porque es donde soy consciente que tengo mayores carencias y justamente es la parte de mí que más quiero comenzar a transformar en éste nuevo año. Es por esa razón, que entre las cosas que me gustaría empezar a implementar para el 2025 está comenzar a hacer ejercicio (no me gustan las pesas así que estoy pensando iniciar con pilates en casa), ser más consistente con mis rutinas de cuidado facial y capilar (si me tiño de rubio cada 3-4 meses por lo menos debería consentir a mi cabello 🤦🏼♀️), también quiero continuar con mi hábito de lectura, que justamente es algo que ya comencé en éste año así que solo se trata de afianzarlo más 💖, y aquí es donde comienza la parte más dura de ésta planificación, pues creo que es momento que al fin aprenda a cocinar, lo he pospuesto toda mi vida, pero ya es momento 🤣.
Así como es momento de iniciar mi proceso terapéutico, aunque ésta meta en particular también depende de factores económicos que también están reflejados en éste Vision Board y que ya les explicaré, finalmente algo sencillo que también quiero implementar es tomar más agua, me parece increíble como hay quienes no consideran ésto un objetivo 🤣, y además quiero comenzar a tener citas conmigo misma, porque algo de lo que me dí cuenta éste año es que puedo generar dependencia a otros de manera muy fácil, que quiero dejar claro que eso no está mal, pero también es chévere poder disfrutar de tu propia compañía y tener espacios que te permitan, como bien dice ésta columna, conectar contigo misma 💖
In the area of self-care is where I consider that I am considering more things, perhaps because it is the area that most depends on myself, or maybe it is because it is where I am aware that I have more deficiencies and it is precisely the part of me that I want to start transforming in this new year. It is for that reason, that among the things I would like to start implementing for 2025 is start exercising (I don't like weights so I'm thinking of starting pilates at home), be more consistent with my face and hair care routines (if I dye my hair blonde every 3-4 months I should at least pamper my hair 🤦🏼♀️), I also want to continue with my reading habit, which is just something I already started this year so it's just about strengthening it more 💖, and here is where the hardest part of this planning starts, because I think it's time I finally learn how to cook, I've postponed it all my life, but it's time 🤣.
Just as it is time to start my therapeutic process, although this particular goal also depends on economic factors that are also reflected in this Vision Board and that I will explain, finally something simple that I also want to implement is drinking more water, it seems incredible to me how there are those who do not consider this a goal 🤣, and I also want to start having dates with myself, because something I realized this year is that I can generate dependence to others very easily, I want to make clear that this is not bad, but it is also cool to enjoy your own company and have spaces that allow you, as this column says, connect with yourself 💖.
La Esfera Profesional/Laboral y de Conección con Otros, son las menos ambiciosas en parte porque no dependen del todo de mi, al menos no la profesional, porque justamente una de mis metas de éste año es mi graduación y todo lo que gira en torno a ella, que aunque muchos son los elementos en los que yo debo trabajar, otros de escapan de mis manos y dependen más bien de la universidad y un poco también, de la situación del país 🤷🏼♀️, igualmente uno de mis objetivos para final de año es estar ya trabajando en mi profesión, y justamente lo pongo a final de año porque todavía faltan muchas cosas para llegar ahí, por lo que la meta de comenzar mi proceso terapéutico dependen bastante de éste objetivo.
Ahora bien, algo que he tratado de ir implementando en éste año y que quiero afianzar en el siguiente, es tener espacios de socialización y conección con otros, aquí obviamente involucro a mis amigos y a mí novio, quien evidentemente no podía estar fuera de mi Vision Board 💖 siendo alguien importante en mí vida. Para cerrar el siguiente año me gustaría al menos haber realizado un viaje, a mí me encanta toda la experiencia de viajar y conocer nuevos lugares y nuevas personas, el año pasado tuve la oportunidad de hacerlo, éste año se me complicó bastante repetir la experiencia, pero definitivamente quiero que el 2025 acabe de esa forma, así sea un viaje a Las Lomas de Cubiro 🤣.
The Professional/Labor Sphere and Connection with Others, are the least ambitious ones, partly because they do not depend entirely on me, at least not the professional one, because precisely one of my goals this year is my graduation and everything that revolves around it, although there are many elements that I have to work on, others are out of my hands and depend more on the university and a little bit on the situation of the country 🤷🏼♀️, likewise, one of my goals for the end of the year is to be already working in my profession, and I put it at the end of the year because there are still many things to do to get there, so the goal of starting my therapeutic process depends a lot on this goal.
Now, something that I have been trying to implement this year and that I want to consolidate in the next, is to have spaces for socializing and connecting with others, here I obviously involve my friends and my boyfriend, who obviously could not be out of my Vision Board 💖 being someone important in my life. To close the next year I would like to at least have taken a trip, I love the whole experience of traveling and meeting new places and new people, last year I had the opportunity to do it, this year it was quite complicated for me to repeat the experience, but I definitely want 2025 to end that way, even if it's a trip to Las Lomas de Cubiro 🤣.
