Graturday Week Six!🎉
I cant believe it's been six weeks already, where does the time go? Feels like just yesterday that after months of stalling and procrastinating, I finally psyched myself up to get Graturday going but here we are, getting closer to the 2-month mark. But it's still a little empty in the comment section every week so I guess a recap could come in handy.
Gratitude has scientifically been proven to be REALLY good for you. We all know we should exercise, eat healthy, drink more water etc. Well, add practicing gratitude to that list. It's on that level of ‘good for you’ and it won't cost you a cent. You dont need a physical space or a special set of clothes or huge amounts of free time to do it. You can experience the benefits right now.
But anyway, I came up with this giveaway to try to get people thinking about what's been good in their lives, recently or all of the time. Wanna join in?
The Rules
Leave a comment on this post about something specific you feel grateful for. Pick something or someone but not everything or everyone (narrow it down a bit). If you’re a repeat entrant, don't give the same comment more than once in a month if you'd like your entry to be eligible for prizes. Speaking of which…
The Prizes
🎁 1st Gratitude Comment gets 100 Ecency points
🎁 2nd Gratitude Comment gets 90 Ecency points
🎁 3rd Gratitude Comment gets 80 Ecency points
🎁 4th Gratitude Comment gets 70 Ecency points
🎁 5th Gratitude Comment gets 60 Ecency points
I like upvotes and reposts just as much as anyone else but they don't affect your eligibility so its really up to you whether you do or don't do either one. You have until next week's Graturday post goes up to enter ⏳ (Do it early just in case this is the week when more than five people enter 😉).
And what am I grateful for? This week I'd like to tell you guys how grateful I am for a good night's sleep. Not quite last night. Definitely not night before that 🤣. But the one before before? Absolutely ✨magical✨. I felt so rested 😊. I'm really hoping that tonight goes just as well or better. And I hope you all get adequate rest and have sweet dreams too ✨️☮️✨️.
Have a Great Graturday (what's left of it at least)!
