We should always be looking forward to acknowledging all of the hurt that we feel because of the thing that happened, and later on, just look forwartods having all of our emotions out of ourselves, it can be even the anger that we have or even the sense of crying which we have suppressed.
One of the things that is extremely common that we all get ourselves involved in whenever we are at a point of Failure is the fact that we start to self blame ourself and that is something which is not a very good thing to be done because yes there are a lot of such things where we can be pointing fingers to ourselves because of our decision making or some other factor but surely we should always be taking full responsibility for everything that we did and just acknowledge the fact where we did the things that might have been a little bit different but that is what we should be realising and using it as a lesson rather than just completely blaming our self as that can be very much mentally depressing.
Failure can surely be a very strong event in our life as it can have the capability of destroying or confidence and motivation and a lot of other things as well which is hard to rebuild but we should look forward towards gaining our confidence again because we should have the believe with the nor ownself that if we want to do it we just can do it and just having that thought within your head is extremely important and also realise the fact that certain setback is never going to defining ourself in anyway.
The most important thing that we should be always doing in a situation is to be practicing self compassion because we should be kind to our self regardless of whatever situation we are in and especially in the times when it is not so easy for us we should be there for us and should be extremely kind with our ownself and be the first person to support our self and acknowledging the fact that failure is just a part of life and there are a lot of things that we are going to be learning from this particular situation and implement them to be having a better result ahead.
