In the morning I was out playing with both kids, so I didn't get any squats in. In the afternoon my oldest wanted to play chess. He's really taking to the game. I wrote a post about it on my other account which I'll post a little after this one. Anyway, while we were playing I did my squats. My lower stomach didn't hurt today, but I decided on another easy day just to make sure not to pressure things too much. So in between moves, while he was thinking, I would do a set of 20. I did five of them in all for 100 total.

That brings me to XXX for the month!
