Yesterday was another busy family day. We were out until late, so I had to do all my squats all at once. I decided to make it a game with my kids before their bed in order to get them tired for sleep. I didn't keep track of how many squats they did, but I wouldn't be surprised if they beat me! I only got to 100 before calling it quits.
It seemed to backfire at first, as they were more energetic than ever afterwards! But not long after when their heart rates had gone down, they fell asleep quickly.
So my plan worked!

That brings me to 1,885 for the month!
