Constructive criticism for today:
Today I took a look at 4 blogs. I want to give you some feedback and mention the things that caught my eye the most.
Publishing frequency:
Most of the blockchain users I saw today publish daily or at least almost daily - in my opinion this is important for people who are really serious about growth, as this serves one (of three) pillars of growth - more on this in the paragraph below.
Article images:
I particularly liked @libertycrypto27, who obviously takes the time to open up his graphics program, puts some thought into his creations and tries to create effective, attention-grabbing image montages.
What will get you more attention as a content creator: A photo with no color or contrast, a generic image of game X (like everyone else is using) or a colorful, meaningful image montage?
I'd also like to mention @youloseagain, who I haven't seen a single repetitive article image from and who even takes photos himself. These are not necessarily photos from the photo studio, but something of his own - at least 10 times better than images provided by hive services, which everyone uses and basically only exist to make publishing as easy as possible, for as many blockchain users as possible.
Content:
There are authors who publish certain, and basically often generic, content in combination with certain hashtags in order to gain rewards - ideally for as little effort as possible. Other users, here I would use the word “Hivians”, write thematically diverse content to explain or shed light on things.
What would you like to read here? The hundredth article on card X from game Y (where everyone knows why they are written: to pick up the voter of the service; not because the users want to write great articles. Generally speaking, but true.) or content that covers a broader spectrum of existence or the Hive Blockchain? Who will ultimately be able to inspire more users, day after day - and thus also build up rewards without the use of voting bots?
Rewards & payouts:
I understand the situation of needing funds. For many Hivians, a power-down is frowned upon. I personally find that one-sided. Personally, I'm currently in a power-down too so that I can afford to work on my blockchain project/game (@CryptoCompany) at all. I don't think a power-down is a bad thing in general.
But it leaves a very bad impression if you create content with little effort, use most of the available voting bots and mechanisms and constantly pull every little Hive crumb away to an exchange. This is clearly milking.
My tip: Are you really dependent on gaining income here? Then build something serious here. But a behavior as described above - and no Hivian with size will support you. Because “farming the biggest reward cheaply and then ripping it off” is something serious Hivians don't like. Not a recommendation.
Delegations:
I saw outgoing delegations for every participant in the last round. Of course, delegations often go to projects that benefit and bring rewards to the delegator. That's okay, because it's an important part of how support works on the chain. Of course, it's even more gratifying when you see delegations to individual Hivians - simply because they can use it or need it; without any profit motive behind it. Bravo!
Reblogs:
I saw a lot of reblogs today - which I think makes sense. In my view, success on the Hive Blockchain relies on three pillars. Interpersonal interaction, the creation of engaging content, technical knowledge of the mechanisms on and around our chain. You don't necessarily have to use all pillars to be successful here; however, my opinion is: the more pillars are anchored in the ground, the more stable the foundation and the build-up of success.

Below I list a few factors by which I evaluate. Pro aspects increase your chances of winning one of three HSBIs; con aspects tend to speak against it.

Just because you fulfill a pro argument is no guarantee of winning. Also the other way around: Just because you fulfill a contra-argument does not make it impossible for you to win an HSBI here. I look at the overall situation and put this in relation to the other participants. Below are the criteria - but don't get nervous, I just wanted to list what I think is good.

Konstruktive Kritik für heute:
Heute habe ich mir 4 Blogs angeschaut. Darüber will ich kurz Rückmeldung geben und die Dinge erwähnen, welche mit am deutlichsten ins Auge gestochen sind.
Veröffentlichungsfrequenz: (Es gibt so geile Wörter in Deutsch...)
Die meisten der Blockchain-Nutzer, die ich heute gesehen habe, veröffentlichen täglich oder zumindest fast täglich - meiner Meinung nach ist dies wichtig für Leute, die es mit dem Wachstum wirklich ernst meinen, da dies eine (von drei) Säulen des Wachstums darstellt - mehr dazu in einem folgenden Absatz.
Artikelbilder:
Besonders gut gefallen hat mir @libertycrypto27, der sich offensichtlich die Zeit nimmt, sein Grafikprogramm zu öffnen, sich bei seinen Kreationen etwas denkt und versucht wirkungsvolle, aufmerksamkeitserregende Bildmontagen zu kreieren.
Was wird Dir als Inhaltsersteller mehr Aufmerksamkeit bringen: Ein farb- und kontrastloses Foto, ein generisches Bild von Spiel X (wie es alle anderen auch verwenden) oder eine farbintensive, aussagekräftige Bildmontage?
Auch möchte ich @youloseagain erwähnen, bei dem ich kein einziges sich wiederholendes Artikelbild gesehen habe und welcher sogar Fotos selbst aufnimmt. Das sind nicht unbedingt Fotos aus dem Fotostudio, aber etwas eigenes - mindestens 10 mal besser, als von Hive-Services bereitgestellte Bilder, welche Jeder verwendet und im Grunde nur existieren, um das Veröffentlichen so einfach wie möglich zu machen, für so viele Blockchain-User wie möglich.
Inhalte:
Es gibt Autoren, die veröffentlichen bestimmte, und im Grunde oft generische, Inhalte, in Kombination mit bestimmten Hashtags, um Rewards zu erlangen - im Idealfall für möglichst wenig Aufwand. Andere User, hier würde ich das Wort "Hivians" nutzen, schreiben thematisch vielfältige Inhalte, um Dinge um erklären oder zu beleuchten.
Was würdest Du hier gerne lesen? Den hundertsten Artikel zu Karte X von Spiel Y (wo jeder weiß, warum sie geschrieben werden: um den Voter des Service abzugreifen; nicht weil die User tolle Artikel schreiben wollen. Pauschalisiert gesagt, aber wahr.) oder Inhalte, welcher ein größeres Spektrum des Daseins oder der Hive Blockchain abbilden? Wer wird letztlich mehr User begeistern können, Tag für Tag - und somit auch Rewards aufbauen können, ohne den Einsatz von Voting-Bots.
Rewards & Auszahlungen:
Ich verstehe die Situation, das man Geldmittel braucht. Bei vielen Hivians ist ein Power-Down verpönt. Das finde ich persönlich einseitig gedacht. Ich persönlich bin gerade in einem Power-Down, damit ich mir die Arbeit an der Blockchain (@CryptoCompany) überhaupt leisten kann. Ich finde, ein Power-Down ist pauschal nichts schlechtes.
Es hinterlässt aber einen sehr schlechten Eindruck, wenn man Inhalte mit wenig Aufwand erstellt, den Großteil der verfügbaren Voting-Bots und -Mechanismen nutzt und sich konstant jeden kleinesten Hive-Krümel auf eine Exchange wegzieht. Sowas ist eindeutig melken.
Mein Tipp: Du bist wirklich angewiesen, hier Beträge zu generieren? Dann baue Dir hier etwas seriöses auf. Aber ein Verhalten wie oben beschrieben - und kein Hivian mit Größe wird Dich unterstützen. Weil "billig den größten Reward farmen und dann abziehen", das mögen ernsthafte Hivians nicht. Keine Empfehlung.
Delegationen:
Bei jedem Teilnehmer der letzten Runde habe ich ausgehende Delegationen gesehen. Selbstverständlich gehen Delegationen oftmals an Projekte, welche einen Nutzen davon haben und dem Delegator Reward bringen. Das ist auch okay, denn ein wichtiger Bestandteil, wie Unterstützung auf der Chain funktioniert. Noch erfreulicher ist es natürlich, wenn man Delegationen an einzelne Hivians sieht - einfach weil sie es gebrauchen können oder nötig haben; ohne Gewinnabsicht dahinter. Bravo!
Reblogs:
Was ich heute viel gesehen habe, waren Reblogs - was ich als sinnvoll erachte. Meiner Ansicht nach stützt sich Erfolg auf der Hive-Blockchain auf drei Säulen. Zwischenmenschliche Interaktion, die Erstellung von ansprechenden Inhalten, technisches Wissen über die Mechanismen auf und rund um unsere Chain. Man muss nicht zwingend alle Säulen bedienen, um hier erfolgreich zu sein; meine Meinung ist jedoch: umso mehr Säulen im Boden verankert sind, umso stabiler das Fundament und der Aufbau des Erfolgs.
Du (oder ein anderer Hivian) solltest ebenfalls einen von drei HSBI gewinnen? Die Regeln sind ganz einfach:
Schreibe mir unter diesen Artikel einen Kommentar, warum Du oder eine andere Person HSBI gewinnen sollten. Jeden Vorschlag schaue ich mir dann an, zuzüglich des Blogs und einer kleinen Recherche über die unten genannten Kriterien, und vergebe nach persönlichem Gutdünken bzw. entsprechend der folgenden Kriterien.
Wie ich bewerte:
Folgend liste ich ein paar Faktoren, nach welchen ich bewerte. Pro-Aspekte erhöhen deine Chance, einen von drei HSBI zu gewinnen; Contra-Aspekte sprechen eher dagegen.
Wichtig:
Nur weil Du ein Pro-Argument erfüllst, ist das noch keine Gewinn-Garantie. Auch andersherum: Nur weil Du ein Contra-Argument erfüllst, ist Dir damit nicht unmöglich hier HSBI zu gewinnen. Ich schaue mir die Gesamtlage an und setze dies in Relation zu den anderen Teilnehmern. Folgend stehen die Kriterien - werde aber nicht nervös, ich wollte einfach nur auflisten, was ich als gut empfinde.
Dein Vote oder Reblog für diese Artikel sind sehr nett, aber nicht ein Ausschlusskriterium, falls dieses fehlt. Sie helfen mir jedoch diese Artikel hier zu machen und Gutes auf unserer Blockchain zu tun.
