Hello everyone, welcome back to Ramadhanight's Hive Blog on Splinterlands Weekly Battle Mage Secrets Challenge's Session. For this week Battle Challenge, there is little league ruleset where we can only able to use 4 or below mana cost monster to fight on the battlefield, and despite the ruleset that no magic allowed, i use the dragon summoner with phase effect to bring some dragon monster to fight, was it worth ? Let's see how it goes !

Battle of The Week

Here is my formation for the battle :

Rules set:

Little League : Only monster with 4 mana cost maximum that could enter the battlefiend
lost magic : Monster with magic attack are unavailable
38 mana cap: More than enough mana for the little league ruleset
Splinter available : Fire, Life, and Dragon splinter are available

My Lineup's Explanation :

Position	Ability	Strategy
Summoners	Phase	It's a joke summoner due to no magic ruleset, but she is the only max lv dragon summoner I've got. My enemies have advantage with dragon summoner that having -1 range and -1 speed debuff.
Tanker	Regen, Void	His void is useless, but his regen is very usefull to recover from damage coming. Got decent damage, health, and speed as well. Solid tanker.
2nd Monster	Reach, Stun	Being a great hitter from behind with the reach and stun ability. This snake is also have 3 melee damage which is very good for low mana monster
3rd Monster	Sneak, Poison	Another hitter, but this one came to eliminate enemies backline with the sneak and poison ability. Another 3 melee damage with potential 2 poison each turn can be a deadly weapon!
4th Monster	Sneak, Double Attack, Cripple	Another sneaker to hurt enemis backline, but he will attack double with the cripple that reduce enemies max health and reduce their health when there is armor on them!
5th Monster	Heal	An usefull damager with 3 range damage and supporter with the healing ability for the tank.
6th Monster	Backfire, Speed Buff	Usefull to bring speed to the team, and potentially hit back the sneaker with the backfire ability.

The battle scene are also explained below:

At the end of 1st round, both team looks equally strong with both backline are eliminated. My naga failed to evade any attack and backfire the enemies sneaker. 5 vs 5 situation at the end of 1st round.

At the end of 2nd round, big things happend and my enemies lost the tank and 2 backline on the same round. My team on the other side, only lost 1 backline thanks to the regen and heal on the tank. 4 vs 2 situation now at the end of 2nd round for my team.

Now there is another elimination for enemies tanker and my backline, now it's 3 vs 1 situation for my team at the end of 3rd round. The winner is already seen, right ?

Yeah! My team win this little league battle despite having poor summoner !

Discuss About Little League :

What Should We Get :
Well, first think we need to see is the ruleset, because the other ruleset might having great impact on the battlefield. But commonly, we need to bring the tiny monster with usefull ability and/or great stats. Look at my team, despite having poor summoner, the combination of healing, reach and stun, regen, and sneaking is able to beat my enemies. Try to concentrate your attack to eliminate enemies faster, because with less monster, there is less damage taken. And try having dragon summoner, because there will be more option when the available monster is very limited due to little league ruleset,

What Should We Avoid: As the opposite for what should we get, we must avoid using monster with less usefull ability and weak stats, and must avoid to split the damage, except when you have the poison summoner and expect to poison everyone! 🤣

What would i do next ?

Well, I will try to get better summoner next time 😂

Conclussion

On little league ruleset that only allow 4 or below mana cost monster to play, we must carefully pick monster with usefull ability and great stats. Focus the damage to eliminate enemies faster, and try bring dragon summoner to give more option (because the option is very limited !)
