How do you imagine your mind working? What do you think about your way of thinking? Sorry for the pun, but the idea is precisely this, where do you get the thoughts that can motivate or discourage you in the face of a problem, or something that is happening right now?
My question is precisely this, why does discouragement come, even when something could work out, but is going through a difficult time? The case study is about our beloved Hive, as it is clear that in moments of decline, where the market fluctuates downwards and expectations are poor, the quantity and quality of posts drop and many profiles end up disappearing, that is, they stop having their routine activity, interaction in Threads and several other segments, in short, the profile dies and we don't know if it will come back.
As much as at certain times I also get discouraged, the most annoying point that worries me is the value of the posts themselves, which drop a lot, despite the fact that the moment of decline is also a moment of opportunities, we are actually faced with a dilemma that makes your mind think: why continue at Hive if the future is uncertain? How can we make this moment possible and better?

Despite our desire for things to work out, I, for example, want to reach my dream 10k of Hive Power (HP) and then continue steadfastly seeking to increase my power of influence even further, but what can I do with these butterflies in my stomach and these negative thoughts?
Keeping motivation activated 200% in difficult times is no joke, we really want everything to happen, but the courage and determination to persist is not for everyone. They will call you crazy, they will say that you are wasting your time and throwing your life away, that you should invest your efforts in other things and a lot of other things, unfortunately I have heard this kind of heavy stuff and I even wonder if I really am. doing the right thing to invest so much in the hive.
How does the mind work? I don't know. I believe that the answer to this question is not solid and depends on each person. Sometimes, in the most complicated moments, I try to look up to the great visionaries, entrepreneurs, CEOs and Content Creators who have become millionaires or greatly increased their source of income. Would they have had their riches if they had stopped? Let's close the circle of thought, would the giant profiles with a lot of HP that we have today in Hive be like this if they had stopped? Given up on the first drop in value and negative news from the crypto world? Certainly not.

Keeping this fire and this hunger for victory alive and achieving the most diverse achievements must prevail over the negative thoughts in your mind, these thoughts are an illusion, they are reactions from a bad moment that will be fleeting, therefore, soon the desire for evolution will return with all.
The way the mind works is like this, it creates paradigms, illusions and traps, but, with your focus and desire for victory, you will certainly be able to overcome this and maintain only one path in your mind: the path of victory and achievements.

Como você imagina o funcionamento da sua mente? O que você pensa sobre a sua forma de pensar? Desculpe o trocadilho, mas a ideia é justamente essa, de onde você tira os pensamentos que podem te motivar ou desanimar perante um problema, ou algo que está acontecendo neste exato momento?
Minha questão é justamente essa, por que o desanimo vêm, mesmo quando algo pode dar certo, mas passa por um momento complicado? O caso de estudo é sobre a nossa querida Hive, ao ser nítido que em momentos de queda, onde o mercado flutua para baixo e as expectativas são ruins, a quantidade e a qualidade das postagens caiem e muitos perfis acabam por sumir, ou seja, param de ter a sua atividade rotineira, interação nas Threads e vários outros segmentos, em resumo, o perfil morre e não sabemos se haverá uma volta do mesmo.
Por mais que em certos momentos eu também desanime, o ponto mais chato que me preocupa é o valor das postagens em si, que caem bastante, apesar de que o momento de queda também é um momento de oportunidades, nos deparamos, na verdade, com um dilema que sua mente faz pensar: por que continuar na Hive se o futuro é incerto? Como podemos fazer se tornar possível e melhor este momento?

Manter a motivação ativada 200% nos momentos difíceis não é brincadeira, nós desejamos muito que tudo aconteça, mas a coragem e determinação para persistir não é para qualquer um. Vão te chamar de maluco, irão falar que você está perdendo seu tempo e jogando sua vida fora, que deveria investir seus esforços em outras coisas e um caminhão de outras coisas, infelizmente esse tipo de coisa pesada já escutei e fico até pensativo se realmente estou fazendo o certo em investir tanto na hive.
Como funciona a mente? Não sei. Acredito que a resposta dessa pergunta não é solida e depende de cada um. Às vezes, nos momentos mais complicados, tento me espelhar nos grandes visionários, empresários, CEOs e Criadores de Conteúdo que se tornaram milionários ou aumentaram bastante sua fonte de renda. Será que eles teriam as riquezas deles se tivessem parado? Vamos fechar o círculo de pensamento, será que os perfis gigante e com bastante HP que temos hoje na Hive, seriam assim se tivessem parado? Desistido na primeira queda de valor e notícias negativas do mundo cripto? Com certeza não.
UnsplashSendo assim, essa é a relação entre desejo e motivação e concluímos que realmente não é simples, não é fácil manter o foco o tempo todo, mas, tudo só depende de você mesmo e na nossa capacidade de buscar os objetivos que tanto desejamos. Manter vivo esse fogo e essa fome de vitória e realizar as mais diversas conquistas deve prevalecer sobre os pensamentos negativos da sua mente, esses pensamentos são uma ilusão, são reações de um momento ruim que serão passageiras, portanto, em breve o desejo de evolução voltará com tudo.
O funcionamento da mente é assim, ela cria paradigmas, ilusões e armadilhas, mas, com o seu foco e o desejo da vitória, com toda a certeza você conseguirá superar isso e manter um só caminho em sua mente: o caminho da vitória e das conquistas.
