Hello dear Hiver's, happy Friday to everyone, excuse me for being so absent but I have been assimilating this change step by step and filling my pupils and also my soul with a lot of learning and transformation.
Music has always been that constant and that oasis in my life, where I have understood that it flows in me like the seasons of this new country where I find myself. (I will talk about that in another post)
The truth is that like everyone, at some point, you have to face a situation where your feelings go through trials of fire, where sadness and disappointment sneak into your expectations and you have to learn to let go and leave behind, even if your soul hurts in the process and your heart feels like it's burning.
I understood that there are real people, those who may not be full of promises or poetry, but constant, simply genuine and others who are only a mirage or illusion where the main culprit was the habit of idealizing who we should not, because usually when we open our eyes we find those thousand red flags that we insist on ignoring at the beginning.
That's why I decided to share with you in this week 35 of Vibes web 3 music competition, a song that has been a classic of electronic music called Faded, but I preferred to give it a twist and make it in Spanish and French, my mother tongue and the language that I have had to learn, because of the place where my children and I are now.
Listening to it in several languages, I dared to make minor changes, adding small phrases of mine and adjusting details, in order to make this mixed version.
It wasn't easy, but it felt part of me where I finally achieved the unique connection that only music can give you✨🌸❤️
I can add that I have always liked this song because of its deep lyrics, it is like a farewell to all the pain that can be felt when that person is no longer there or is not part of your life for different circumstances. This song defines what I felt at some point, and that still bleeds from time to time.
I sincerely hope you can enjoy it and that it will also serve as a healing process, because it is totally valid to embrace every feeling and transform it into art, strength and wisdom.
