Playboy will call you and ask you to take out Dwayne. Shortly after, Dwayne will call you and ask you to eliminate Playboy.
Niko will meet Patrick "Packie" McWeary. I mentioned Packie appears in GTA V via a random event, and you unlock him as a heist crew member for helping him. If you take down Playboy, you get his Penthouse as a safehouse, and Dwyane can befriend you. When you befriend people, they have special abilities to help you.
