Hello guys, hope all of you are doing good.
After finishing God Of War I wanted to try out more games that I never played before, the ones that are nostalgic for other but not for me. So I whipped up my library to find the game that I had wanted to play but never got the opportunity to.
Then, I found the perfect one to play, The Last Of Us Remastered Version. Bought it in a good discount last year. It had been sitting in my library. I also want to play the Resident Evil: Revelations too. It may not be a good game for others but I want to try it out regardless.
The game starts off with Joel asking his brother for a job. His daughter, Sarah bought a present for him. Then late that night the sweet girl who just woke up from her sleep to the news of an explosions and violence on the streets. On further exploring the house we find that her dad had been out and he was covered in blood.
Her dad took out the car and her uncle joined them. The streets were filled with panic stricken public running in several directions, families on the road asking for help, others with vehicles.
Their journey was cut short when they met with an unfortunate accident, a collision with a truck. They went by foot from there onwards. Through an alleyway they thought they would be safe until they met some unfortunate blokes ripping each other and they charged towards the family.
They entered a restaurant. Her uncle Tommy asked Joel to move on while he would hold back the horde behind.
2 zombies awaited them ahead, the run was tiresome as he was carrying her daughter Sarah. They escaped that but a soldier had cut their path. He received an order to shoot and he did. Tommy took out the soldier but too late, Sarah was shot and died the and there.
From there, Joel's life was a rocky one. He took another job of smuggling guns with a Lady that had quite the authority among low-lives in this new era of zombie world.
His partner's name was Tess. She and he found that their agreement on a deal was not delivered and that they would have to go to the other zone. Crossing zones was not an easy task but they had their things sorted. Just at the gates of the zone, at the distance some explosions went off. News was: Fireflies attacked the zone.
Now, they had to find another more adventure filled route to retrieve the "package" from their dealer.
Their dealer gave the whereabouts of their guns, sold to the Fireflies. The guy then tries to double cross and asked them to take on the Fireflies and bring back their guns. Tess puts and end to the dealer. Moments later they found an unlikely companion, the queen bee herself: Marlene. Marlene explained that she paid for the guns and for her to give it back they would have to smuggle something out of the city.
Guards drives at the scene and they all fled to a safespot. Marlene was shot but was strong enough to make it.
They reached the place where the stuff they would have to smuggle out was except it was not a "thing" but a person, a little girl.
Marlene made the little girl and them agree to make it to the Capital Building. There the exchange would take place and she offered to give double of what they had lost.
This was where I thought that if only they all went with Marlene the whole game would've been done within an hour🙄.
The crew rested but only for a moment.
