Splinterlands Battle | Dragons Returns.

Dragon splinter is one among the six splinters of splinterlands. Like all other splinters, the dragon splinter also has some fantastic monsters (mostly dragons) inside it and there are some great monsters in the dragon splinter that the splinterlands players like too much, I believe. This is the third time we're having "Dragons" as the weekly battle challenge theme. This time, I made the lineup only with dragon monsters and summoners although I don't own all the cards from my lineup so I rented some from the market.
A Brief Info About The Battle
The battle mana cap was 99 with the "Standard" rule where I've used the dragon splinter and my opponent used the earth splinter against me.
My Lineup.
After selecting Byzantine Kitty as the summoner, I had Robo-Dragon Knight with 3 melee attacks & "Void and Divine Shield" abilities at the 1st position, Gloridax Guardian with 2 melee attacks & the "Reach" ability at the 2nd position, The Vigilator with a ranged attack, 2 melee attacks & the "Double Strike" ability at the 3rd position, Dragon Jumper with 3 melee attacks & "Flying and Opportunity" abilities at the 4th position, Gold Dragon with 2 magic attacks & "Flying" ability at the 5th position & Chaos Dragon with 3 magic attacks & "Flying and Scattershot" abilities at the last position.
And my opponent had his/her cards as Mycelic Infantry with 3 melee attacks & the "Shield" ability at the 1st position, Unicorn Mustang with 3 melee attacks & the "Void" ability at the 2nd position, Elven Defender with 2 melee attacks at the 3rd position, Mycelic Slipspawn with 2 magic attacks & the "Taunt" ability at the 4th position, Regal Peryton with a magic attack & the "Flying" ability at the 5the position & Goblin Psychic with 2 magic attacks & the "Tank Heal" ability at the last position.
Let me talk about monsters that I used in this battle.
No 01: Robo-Dragon Knight (Legendary Dragon Monster)
I've got this monster from a season-ending reward and I thought I'd sell it but then I saved it (don't know why). When I started playing with my Byzantine Kitty summoning the team, one day I thought of giving this Robo-Dragon a chance and that's the moment when I got to know that this monster can be a great asset on the battlefield.
I've used this Knight in level 1 on the battlefield with 3 ranged attacks, 3 speed, 8 shields & 9 health with the "Void & Divine Shield" abilities, and it needs 11 mana to join a battle.

No 02: Gloridax Guardian Legendary Dragon Monster
For the big mana battle, I think this is the best monster with the "Reach" ability from the dragon splinter. Such a guardian is a keeper of the most dangerous criminals in the Splinterlands that uses their massive axes, spear, and swords to intimidate their prisoners into quiet submission. This is a legendary monster that offers such a nice combo and I like this monster on the battlefield when it comes to doing a battle with the dragon splinter.
I've used Gloridax Guardian in level 1 with 2 melee attacks, 2 speed, 2 shields, 6 health with the "Reach" ability and it needs 6 mana.

No 03: The Vigilator (LEGENDARY Dragon Monster)
Vigilators are arthropods that live just beneath the surface of the Sands in Draykh-Nahka. When prey wanders above one, a Vigilator is able to cause a controlled cave-in of the surrounding sand. It then quickly consumes its prey, using its multiple pincers and gnashing tooth-blades. No Vigilator has ever been recovered from the sand, so ideas of what they look like are mostly guesses. Lore
It's an amazing monster that has a double attack that can be used at any position you wish. For splinterlands, this is a fantastic monster with a double attack. I've learned that it's best to use it in the second position as it has both ranged and melee attacks. From the second position, it can attack with a ranged attack and if the front monster dies then this monster can come to the front and attack with melee but I've used this monster on the battlefield at the 3rd position as I've used another monster with the "Reach" ability at the 2nd position.
I've used The Vigilator in level 1 which offers me 1 melee attack, 2 ranged attacks, 4 speed & 8 health with "Double Strike" ability and it needs 9 mana to play.

No 04: Dragon Jumper (Legendary Dragon Monster)
This is another monster from the dragon splinter that I should say something good about. Every time I see this monster I remember the kid and the dragon from "How to train your dragon" animation. This monster is just a mirror of that kid and the dragon. I've not played with this monster for a long time since it was born in splinterlands. Then one day I thought of using this monster and then I became a fan of this monster after seeing his fantastic battle. Besides this monster can be used at any position even after being a melee monster cause it has the "Opportunity" ability which allows attacking from any position.
I've used Dragon Jumper is in level 1 with 3 melee attacks, 5 speed, 6 health with "Flying & Opportunity" abilities, and it needs 8 mana for the battle.

No 05: Gold Dragon (Legendary Dragon Monster)
There is only one living Golden Dragon, and he presides over the great Dragon Congress. His magic and armor are the greatest, and only the Hydra has put his mettle to the test. Suam Khepri, the leader of the united Gloridax, is always on the lookout for the next Gold Dragon, which prophecy says will hatch in these times. Lore
I've used Gold Dragon in level 1 with 2 magic attacks, 6 speed & 8 health with the "Flying" ability, and it needs 7 mana for the battle.

No 06: Chaos Dragon (Legendary Dragon Monster)
The Chaos Realm has preyed upon many a world, opening rifts in time and space to invade the lands and take from its people. When they attacked Praetoria and the Splinterlands, it was first thought that the minions were compelled through the portal for their fear of the dark shade that lurked beyond the gate, the shadowed image of Uul. Eventually though, when the last of the armies stepped through, there came such a prodigious monster that at first, none could believe it was real. A nightmare dragged forth into reality... Lore
I've used Chaos Dragon in level 1 with 3 magic attacks, 3 speed, 4 shields & 10 health with "Flying & Scattershot" abilities, and it needs 14 mana for the battle.

For the special buff of my summoner Byzantine Kitty, all my monsters got +2 speed each and "Two Strike" ability and this summoner will heal the monster in the first position on their team each round. And for the special buff of my opponent's summoner, 3 of the opponent monsters got +1 magic attack each.
Then... for being the most speed holder, my Dragon Jumper started the battle and killed 3 health of the opponent's Mycelic Slipspawn with the starting shot, and then my Vigilator attacked twice and killed 2 health of the same opponent monster as the opponent monster had the "Taunt". Then my Chaos Dragon attacked and killed 3 health of the opponent's Regal Peryton. Then my Gold Dragon attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Mycelic Slipspawn. Then the opponent's Regal Peryton attacked my Robo-Dragon Knight but nothing happened as my Robo-Dragon had the "Void" ability. Then my Robo-Dragon Knight attacked and destroyed 2 shields of the opponent's Mycelic Infantry. Then my Gloridax Guardian attacked and destroyed the remaining shield of the opponent's Mycelic Infantry. Then the opponent's Mycelic Slipspawn attacked and killed 2 health of my Robo-Dragon Knight. Then after the opponent's Goblin Psychic attacked and killed 2 more health of my Robo-Dragon Knight, the opponent's Mycelic Infantry then miss attacked my Robo-Dragon Knight.
There came a new round where my Byzantine Kitty first tank healed 3 health of my Robo-Dragon Knight. Then my Dragon Jumper threw its big melee attack towards the opponent's Mycelic Slipspawn and the opponent monster had to leave the battlefield. Then my Vigilator attacked the opponent's Mycelic Infantry twice and nothing happened as the opponent monster had the "Shield" ability. Then my Gold Dragon attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Mycelic Infantry and then my Chaos Dragon attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Unicorn Mustang. Then the opponent's Regal Peryton attacked and killed 1 health of my Robo-Dragon Knight. Then together my Robo-Dragon Knight and Gloridax Guardian one after another attacked and killed a total of 3 health of the opponent's Mycelic Infantry. Then after healing 2 health of the opponent's Mycelic Infantry, the opponent's Goblin Psychic then attacked and killed 2 health of my Robo-Dragon Knight. Then the opponent's Mycelic Infantry attacked and destroyed 3 shields of my Robo-Dragon Knight with one shot.
There came another new round where my Byzantine Kitty first tank healed 3 health of my Robo-Dragon Knight again. Then my Dragon Jumper threw its big melee attack towards the opponent's Regal Peryton and the opponent monster had to leave the battlefield. Then my Vigilator attacked the opponent's Mycelic Infantry twice and AGAIN, nothing happened as the opponent monster had the "Shield" ability. Then my Gold Dragon attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Mycelic Infantry and then my Chaos Dragon attacked and killed the opponent's Goblin Psychic for good. Then my Robo-Dragon Knight attacked and killed the opponent's Mycelic Infantry for good and the opponent's Unicorn Mustang then came forward to the first position. Then my Gloridax Guardian attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Unicorn Mustang and the opponent's Unicorn Mustang then attacked and destroyed 3 shields of my Robo-Dragon Knight.
There came another new round where my Byzantine Kitty first tank healed 1 health of my Robo-Dragon Knight. Then my Dragon Jumper attacked and killed 3 health of the opponent's Unicorn Mustang. Then my Vigilator attacked twice and killed 2 health of the opponent's Unicorn Mustang. Then my Chaos Dragon attacked and killed the opponent's Unicorn Mustang for good and the opponent's last monster Elven Defender came forward to the first position. Then my Gold Dragon attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Elven Defender. And then my Robo-Dragon Knight attacked and destroyed the whole shield of the opponent's Elven Defender. Then my Gloridax Guardian attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Elven Defender and the opponent's Elven Defender then attacked and destroyed the remaining shield of my Robo-Dragon Knight. There came another new round where my Robo-Dragon Knight didn't need to be healed so my Dragon Jumper first attacked and killed 3 health of the opponent's Elven Defender out of 4. Then my Vigilator threw its ranged attack towards the opponent's last monster Elven Defender and the opponent team had to leave the battlefield.
The battle finished in round 5 while my team had all the monsters alive. All my monsters did great on the battlefield.
