Rusty Lake realza la importancia que tiene la música en un videojuego del estilo de Escape del Cubo: Teatro. No solo se trata de recrear un acertijo complicado utilizando las notas musicales y el teclado de un piano de cola. Es el papel complementario que juega la banda sonora en toda esta septima entrega de la saga. El acompañamiento musical sencillamente logra fusionar a toda la obra.
