I am amazed at the amount of things that have been happening in "Splinterlands" lately, there have been many pre-sales followed by new projects and initiatives that I want to talk about in depth, but, these are topics that I will be bringing you little by little, where of course I will give you my opinion about them, as it is important to me that, new players and my followers are well educated and informed about everything that happens in "Splinterlands".
In this sense and bearing in mind all these new changes and implementations in "Splinterlands", in this opportunity I want to base myself only and exclusively on the new Runicore (Runi), an incredible project that will bring us new and great cards for the game, but, that not only stays there, these "Runi" bring many benefits and uses that some do not imagine its scope, so, in this post I intend to explain it in the simplest way possible.
What is Runicore and why is it so special in "Splinterlands"?
The Runicore are unique promotional cards that come to "Splinterlands" to be the most magnificent and exclusive cards that the game has released so far in its history, which means that both its design and its power and usability will be extremely good. Now, you may wonder why these cards are so special, the answer is simple, these beasts nicknamed "Runi", bring with them what is the new project of "Splinterlands" related to the world of NFT, that is, the "Runicore" are the first NFT generator project of the game, something never seen before for this type of digital collectible card games.
What makes it so special?
For those who do not know what is a "NFT Generator" project, just remember the famous "Bored Apes or Crypto Punks" that flooded the internet months ago, which reached an impressive popularity among investors and lovers of art and design, in that sense, if we remember how the NFT are coined in these projects, we know that they are unique elements that come together to form an unrepeatable image 100% unique, taking into account several elements that give some form of rarity and cost to the NFT.
This is what makes the Runicore (Runi) so special, as it takes several elements, being these a total of 6, for what I know of a completely random combination giving authenticity to the Runicore, so there will not open a Runi equal to another and this could easily be the representation of each player in his personal profile of "Splinterlands" and its different social networks, However, part of what makes this new release very special is that it is limited, no infinite "Runicores" will be minted, so not everyone will be able to have the chance to have one, since in total only 6500 Runicore will be minted.
What other features do Runicores have?
These Runicore (Runi) will not only be a NFT project, with which you can enjoy exposing a unique and unrepeatable image that can be traded like any other NFT project that we have already seen in the Blockchain ecosystem that, by the way, this one will take place in the robust network of "Ethereum", managing to sell this NFT if they want to do it on the platform called "OpenSea". On the other hand, continuing with the same order of ideas, this Runi NFT will also be a card in our fabulous game, so we will be able to use it in battle so it can destroy our enemies, so, having this clear, the "Runicore" as a card in "Splinterlands" will have the following feature:
They will be only cards of the "Legendary" type.
They will belong to the "Splinter" "Neutral" type, so imagine the power they can use in almost every game.
All Runicores will have the same set of skills and strength, which means that, they will use the skills "Opportunity, True Strike, Reflection Shield and the new skill called "Rebirth", which is unique and exclusive for the "Runi", giving them the possibility to self-revive in the game with +1 health point.
There are more features related to the "Runicore", especially with the ownership of the NFT and how you can have the NFT minted in the "Ethereum" Blockchain and at the same time you can use it as a "Card" in the game, however, although I will not delve into that technical process, as it is not the topic I want to touch, you should know that these cards will not be tradable in the game market like the others.
How can a "Runicore" be obtained?
As I already mentioned, this presale will be carried out under the "Ethereum" Blockchain, so it will only be available with this cryptocurrency, in addition to this, the cost associated with each "Runicore" will be 500$ in Ethereum, plus the GAS fees involved in such transaction, I must remind you that only 6500 Runi will be minted and that yesterday, a "White List" process was carried out to set aside about 2000 of these 6500 to mint a Runicore with a 50% discount, but, as this event has already passed, those who have not yet purchased I remind you again that they are $ 500 in ETH plus GAS fees.
A unique and great design
Something that has caught my attention of this project, are the images or the elements with which the famous "Runicore" are formed, where, I commented beforehand that in total there would be about 6 elements to give life to what is the "Runi", resulting in a unique and unrepeatable beast impossible to resemble another, but beyond those elements, is the design that they have what I like the most, which I must say, is the greatest visual project I've seen in a NFT project in the Blockchain, the quality of the drawing and images are something from another world and since I'm playing "Splinterlands" I must say that they have surpassed themselves more and more in the sets of cards and images that they present us, the creative team is really on another level.

Estoy sorprendida de la cantidad de cosas que han estado pasando en “Splinterlands” últimamente, se han llevado a cabo muchas preventas seguidas de nuevos proyectos e iniciativas de las cuales quiero hablar en profundidad, pero, son temas que poco a poco les iré trayendo, donde por supuesto les dare mi opinión sobre los mismos, ya que es importante para mí que, los nuevos jugadores y mis seguidores estén bien educados e informados acerca de todo lo que sucede en “Splinterlands”.
En tal sentido y teniendo presente todos estos nuevos cambios e implementaciones en “Splinterlands”, en esta oportunidad quiero basarme única y exclusivamente en los nuevos Runicore (Runi), un proyecto increíble que nos traerán nuevas y estupendas cartas para el juego, pero, que no solo se queda allí, estos “Runi” traen consigo muchos beneficios y usos que algunos no imaginan su alcance, así que, en este post pretendo explicarlo de la forma más sencilla posible.
¿Qué es Runicore y porque es tan especial en “Splinterlands”
Los Runicore, son unas cartas promocionales únicas en su tipo que llegan a “Splinterlands” para ser las tarjetas más magníficas y exclusivas que ha lanzado el juego en lo que lleva de trayectoria, lo que quiere decir que, tanto su diseño como su poder y usabilidad serán extremadamente buenos. Ahora bien, se preguntarán porque son tan especiales estas cartas, la respuesta es sencilla, estas bestias apodadas “Runi”, traen consigo lo que es el nuevo proyecto de “Splinterlands” relacionado con el mundo de los NFT, es decir, los “Runicore” son el primer proyecto generador de NFT del juego, algo nunca antes visto para este tipo de juegos de cartas coleccionables digitales.
¿Por qué es tan especial?
Para los que no saben que es un proyecto “Generador de NFT”, solo deben recordar los famosos “Bored Apes o Crypto Punks” que tanto inundaron el internet hace meses atrás, los cuales alcanzaron una popularidad impresionante entre los inversores y los amantes del arte y el diseño, en tal sentido, si recordamos el cómo se acuñan los NFT en estos proyectos, sabemos que son elementos únicos que se unen para formar una imagen irrepetible 100% única, tomando en cuanta varios elementos que le dan de cierta forma la rareza y el costo al NFT.
Esto es lo que hace que los Runicore (Runi) sean tan especiales, ya que toma varios elementos, siendo estos un total de 6, para qué sé de una combinación completamente aleatoria dándole autenticidad al Runicore, por lo que no abra un Runi igual a otro y esta facilmente podría ser la representación de cada jugador en su perfil personal de “Splinterlands” y de sus diferentes redes sociales, sin embargo, parte de que sea muy especial este nuevo lanzamiento, es que es limitado, no se acuñaran “Runicores” infinitos, así que, no todos podremos tener la posibilidad de tener alguno, ya que en total solo se acuñaran 6500 Runicore.
¿Qué otras características tienen los Runicore?
Estos Runicore (Runi) no solo serán un proyecto NFT, con el cual podrán gozar de exponer una imagen única e irrepetible que puede ser comercializada como cualquier otro proyecto NFT que ya hemos visto en el ecosistema de la Blockchain que, por cierto, este tendrá lugar en la robusta red de “Ethereum”, logrando vender este NFT si es que quieren hacerlo en la plataforma llamada “OpenSea”. Por otro lado, continuando con el mismo orden de ideas, este Runi NFT también será una carta en nuestro fabuloso juego, por lo cual podremos usarla en batalla para que pueda destruir a nuestros enemigos, así que, teniendo esto claro, los “Runicore” como carta en “Splinterlands” tendrán la siguiente característica:
Serán solo cartas del tipo “Legendarias”
Pertenecerán el tipo de “Splinter” “Neutral”, así que imaginaran el poder que pueden utilizar en casi todas las partidas.
Todos los Runicores tendrán el mismo conjunto de habilidades y fuerza, lo que quiere decir que, utilizaran las habilidades “Opportunity, True Strike, Reflection Shield y la nueva habilidad llamada “Rebirth”, la cual es única y exclusiva para los “Runi”, dándole la posibilidad de auto-revivir en la partida con +1 punto de salud.
Existes más características relacionadas con los “Runicore”, especialmente con la propiedad de los NFT y la forma en como se puede tener el NFT acuñado en la “Blockchain de “Ethereum” y al mismo tiempo se pueda usar como “Tarjeta” en el juego, sin embargo, a pesar de que no ahondaré en ese proceso técnico, ya que no es el tema que quiero tocar, deben saber que estas cartas no se podrán comercializar en el mercado del juego como las demás.
¿Cómo se puede obtener un “Runicore”?
Como ya comenté, esta preventa se llevará a cabo bajo la Blockchain de “Ethereum”, así que solo se podrá obtener con dicha criptomoneda, además de esto, el costo asociado a cada “Runicore” será de 500$ en Ethereum, más las tarifas de GAS que conlleve dicha transacción, debo recordarles que solo se acuñaran 6500 Runi y que el día de ayer, se llevó un proceso de “Lista Blanca” para apartar unos 2000 de estos 6500 para acuñar un Runicore con un 50% de descuento, pero, como ya este evento paso, los que aún no han comprado vuelvo a recordar que son 500$ en ETH más las tarifas de GAS.
Un diseño único y genial
Algo que me ha llamado la atención de este proyecto, son las imágenes o los elementos con los que se forman los famosos “Runicore”, donde, ya de antemano comente que en total serian unos 6 elementos para poder dar vida a lo que es el “Runi”, dando como resultado una bestia única e irrepetible imposible de parecerse a otra, pero más allá de esos elementos, es el diseño que poseen lo que más me gusta, los cuales debo decir que, es el proyecto visual más grandioso que he visto en un proyecto de NFT en la Blockchain, la calidad del dibujo y las imágenes son algo de otro mundo y desde que estoy jugando “Splinterlands” debo decir que se han superado cada vez más en los conjuntos de cartas e imágenes que nos presentan, el equipo creativo de verdad está en otro nivel.

Espero que este post les haya servido para conocer de qué forma se verán los “Runicore”, además de saber las características y por qué este proyecto es tan especial.
